DESERT DRAGON combat ability in Splinterlands

Having a monster with superpowers practically guarantees victory. There are several monsters with superpowers in Splinterlands. One of them is a powerful dragon-type monster. You should never attack him with a melee weapon because the creature will immediately respond with enormous strength.

So for this week's social media challenge, I'll be reviewing DESERT DRAGON. One of the legendary cards that can be used as a tank during battle.

DESERT DRAGON

DESERT DRAGON is a dragon element card with complete attack capabilities. With mana 7 points, this card is suitable for medium and large mana battles. Has trample ability, which is enhanced by a melee attack power of 4 points at the starting level. This is enough to kill the monster in one hit.

Aside from that, the Piercing ability in the second skill will instantly punish the opponent's monster, even if it has a shield. The third ability is Retaliate, which can counter an opponent's attack against DESERT DRAGON. The final one is an attack for monsters with mana points greater than 10-points. So DESERT DRAGON should be dubbed a "giant killer."

We'll see how DESERT DRAGON performs in the next battle with counterspell rules to ensure that it's a bad match for magic monsters. With a 42-point mana cap, I sent out a line of fire monsters and dragon summoners. By reviewing the battle histories of previous opponents who used monsters with sneak abilities. I'll add DESERT DRAGON to the back as a counter-monster sneak.

It turns out that the enemy line is based on monsters with melee and opportunity abilities. However, with a line of monsters led by DJINN CHWALA and TWILIGHT BASILISK, the opponent's monsters in front can be hindered.

Aside from that, the repaired shield ability of FEROX DEFENDER and LAVA LAUNCHER's arrow attacks should allow them to withstand melee attacks from the opponent.

In the early rounds, DJINN CHWALA's thorn ability and improved shield made life difficult for the opponent's monsters. It's just that continuous attacks from opportunity monsters in the middle can weaken my troops.

After killing the monsters in the front row one by one, my defense was deteriorating. The remaining DESERT DRAGON appears to be capable of changing the course of the battle. DESERT DRAGON eliminates monsters with melee attacks one by one because the attacks launched are returned.

Finally, using his abilities, DESERT DRAGON won this battle.

Luck could be the deciding factor in this fight. However, DESERT DRAGON's ability to kill four monsters at once due to its trampled ability is impressive. That may not be a coincidence, given that this card is a legendary card with a skill set suitable for close combat. This card deserves to be in your collection.
