GLADIUS monster performance in a LOW CAP mana battle

The weekly battle mage secrets challenge theme is Rise of the Common, which I discussed in my previous post. and for this post, I'd like to show you a battle in which CAPTAIN KATIE's strength is nearly equal to QUORA TOWERSHEAD's strength.

CARD INFO

I have a CAPTAIN KATIE card at level 2, which is the result of a brawl battle. CAPTAIN KATIE's attack is very effective for finding enemies with long-range attacks because it combines magic attack abilities with snipe skills. The statistics for CAPTAIN KATIE are shown in the table below.

THE BATTLE

The total mana cap provided in this match is only 18 points. Although this is extremely limited, I attempted to use gladiator monsters with the additional rule of Healed out. I chose the life element from the list of available elements.

PELACOR CONJURER, which has been upgraded to level 4, is my choice for the lead monster. VENARI MARKSRAT is next, who has been leveled up to 3 with the martyr skill. Finally, CAPTAIN KATIE level 2 has sniping abilities.

THE BATTLE BEGINS

Because of its flying ability, I put the PELACOR CONJURER in front to anticipate magic attacks and other attacks. The enemy, it turns out, chose the water element and used a line of monsters with low mana. So there are five monsters on the battlefield, including one legendary monster with no mana points.

And the type of monster attack I chose is a magical attack, the attack penetrates the shield. As a result, the summoner bonus of the opponent is ineffective in blocking the magic attack. MUSA SALINE begins using magic to attack the PELACOR CONJURER . This attack, however, is also returned by the MAGIC REFLECT skill. PELACOR CONJURER was eliminated in the first round after receiving consecutive attacks. VENARI MARKSRAT takes the lead.

CAPTAIN KATIE's attack went straight to VENARI WAVESMITH after it was her turn to attack. and because the attack power is 3 points, it eliminates VENARI WAVESMITH immediately. CAPTAIN KATIE's attack power is increased by the Bloodlust skill.

VENARI MARKSRAT was attacked by the opponent's monster in the second round. VENARI MARKSRAT, on the other hand, can survive with only one health point remaining thanks to the shield's protection. MUSA SALINE was knocked out with one attack because CAPTAIN KATIE's statistics improved, including her speed. CAPTAIN KATIE's bloodlust skill is activated once more. CAPTAIN KATIE's position, combined with the martyr effect of VENARI MARKSRAT, is directly facing CRUEL SETRHOPOD.

The third and final round of TIDE BITTER, TORRENT FIEND, was no longer able to compete with CAPTAIN KATIE, whose strength statistics had improved. With an attack power of 7 points and a speed of 6, I have won this battle.

DID MY PLAN WORK?

• My plan and strategy of attempting to use Gladius monsters on low-cap mana was successful. I can win this battle with three monsters.
• Another factor that allows me to win this battle is CAPTAIN KATIE's snipe attack, which can directly attack opponents with low health points. As a result, the bloodlust skill is immediately activated.
• Aside from that, the large number of opposing monsters and having only low health points causes the bloodlust skill to be active more frequently. This boosts CAPTAIN KATIE's stat even more.
• The use of monsters with martyr abilities also increases CAPTAIN KATIE's stats.
• And, as a result of this battle, increasing the level of the monster cards I use increases my chances of victory.
