Hello, warriors of the Splinterlands. Meet up again in the weekly Splinterlands challenge. This week, we'll talk about a new challenge involving the rule that summoners don't give their summoned monsters skills.

If you want to take part in the BATTLE MAGE SECRETS Weekly Challenge, go here.

Understanding the rules of card battles is critical for splinterlands players. Because we can take advantage of the battle situation. Sometime strong cards do not always win easily if the battle rules are not followed. And if the rules are followed, weak cards can easily win the fight.

LITTLE LEAGUE

If you come across a logo like that during a battle, the summoner you use will not give the monster any skills.

This means that the abilities relied on are the monster's abilities, with no additional skills from the summoner. As a result, you should summon a summoner with low mana. Some summoners do not come equipped with skills by default.

The summoner will not provide skills, but the summoner's and summoned monster's levels will not be affected by this rule.

It is also worth noting that the silenced summoners' ruleset can work in tandem with other rulesets if there are two or more rulesets in play.

Please keep in mind that if any additional rules come with the silenced summoners' ruleset, you must follow them. This improves your chances of winning.

RULES AND TACTICS

Here's an example of one of my fights using the silenced summoners' ruleset:

Ruleset.png

This battle is governed by two rules: Silenced summoners and Going the Distance. The elements that can be used are fire, water, and dragon. The mana cap is 30 points, and the only monsters that can be used with the going-to-distance rule are archer-type monsters.

I chose the summoner who only required 3 mana points because the summoner does not provide additional skills. And my selection was QID YUFF, who presented a fire element monster.

Round 1.png

Because only archer monsters were present, I had to place monsters with both melee and arrow attack abilities. So I went with DRYBONE RAIDER. It's a monster that takes a lot of mana but is worth it because of its two-attack power. However, as a reinforcement for the attack, I sent VENARI MARKSRAT in front. Following that is LAVA LAUNCHER, who has a close-range ability, and PYREWATCH DEVIL, who has a life leachability.

The enemy's monsters appear to be of the same elemental type. Specifically, the fire element, but based on the types of monsters used, they are monsters with low mana. by putting LAVA LAUNCHER as a tank in the first place.

Round 2.png

VENARI MARKSRAT was knocked out in the first round by enemy attacks. The martyr effect is activated, increasing the DRYBONE RAIDER's attacks. The health of the enemy's LAVA LAUNCHER becomes critical with multiple attack capabilities and increased attack power from DRYBONE RAIDER.

Round 3.png

DRIBONE RAIDER Attack defeated LAVA LAUNCHER and LAVA SPIDERS in the second round. Make MOLTEN ASH GOLEM advance. Due to the opponent's attacks, DRIBONE RAIDER became critical in this round.

This round, XENITH ARCHER took MOLTEN ASH GOLEM's place and became an easy target for monster attacks on my battle line. DRYBONE RAIDER is still alive but in critical condition.

Ronde 4.png

In round 4, LAVA LAUNCHER moved to the front of my battle line. Meanwhile, the remaining two enemy archer monsters can no longer defend against LAVA LAUNCHER's 3-point attack. And victory is on my side in this round.

The fight is linked below. You can track the progress of the battle.

FINAL THOUGHTS

In this battle, the summoner does not give the monsters he summons any additional abilities. So I'm going to use a summoner with 3 mana points. This does help save mana, which can be diverted when choosing monsters.

Of course, with the addition of mana, I can select monsters with a lot of mana. Aside from that, my strategy is to bolster DRYBONE RAIDER by putting VENARI MARKSRAT in front as a martyr. As a result, I get a monster with double attacks in front and a lot of attack power.

Another monster option is to place LAVA LAUNCHER in the next row so that if DRYBONE RAIDER is knocked out, there is still a monster in the front position that can attack.

This monster selection may be sufficient due to the distribution of one mana point from the remaining summoner selection.

Thank you for reading all the way to the end; I hope this can help you strategize in splinterlands battles.

That concludes my post on the Splinterlands challenge. Don't forget to sign up for the next challenge.
