SPLINTERLANDS Battle Mage Secrets | FAB FOUR

Hello, summoners. How are you preparing for the new reward point system, which will be implemented on April 2? Hopefully, this new method will increase the excitement of fighting in Splinterlands.

In this post, I will take part in the Splinterlands weekly challenge. This week's theme is to discuss a battle rule that only allows four monsters per team. Of course, the summoner still joins the fight.

Fights with this rule have a maximum of four participants. There are no special rules for this battle because all skills apply by default. It's just that the quantity is limited. However, with a limited number of personnel, we must carefully select the monsters that will be used.

If the personnel are specialized in special monster duties, they will each have their responsibilities. Specifically as a tank in front of. Some provide support and healing, as well as attackers, backups, and tanks in the back.

The following fight example demonstrates what it's like to fight under FAB FOUR rules.

In this battle, only two elements can be chosen. Specifically, the elements of fire and death. With a mana cap of 39 points, the decision to choose a monster with a lot of mana is a little easier. For the fight against four monsters, I chose HARKLAW as the tank in front. Meanwhile, I installed RIFTWING to find monster targets to snipe. As an attacker, I installed VENARI BOBESMITH and its poison ability. The last option is USUT as a rear tank with flying capabilities.

The opposing monsters also installed TUSK THE WIDE tanks and a line that attacked from behind.

In the first round, USUT successfully avoided a sneak attack. The poison attack successfully hit TUSK THE WIDE, causing parts of the opponent's tank to become porous. Meanwhile, the opponent's sneak attacks are rendered ineffective due to the USUT's ability to dodge.

The opponent knocked out VENARI BONESMITH in the next round, but his poison attack did damage TUSK THE WIDE. HARKLAW's attack also prompted TENYII STRIKER to come forward and fight with melee attacks.

HARKLAW's ability to absorb melee attacks was successful in eliminating TENYII STRIKER and bringing the next monster forward. And, thanks to USUT's attack, which successfully activated its bloodlust skill, the opposing monsters were unable to survive the fight. Victory is on my side this time.
