In the Splinterlands, I am currently playing in the Silver II League in Modern and the battles are incredibly difficult for me, especially when I advance to the Silver I League, it becomes almost impossible for me to win the battles. It seems like the max league I can play in Modern is Silver I, and it doesn't seem possible for me to advance to higher leagues. Also, I'm having my worst season since I started Splinterlands and there are about 6 days left in the season and I've only collected 9,637 Glint tokens for the end of season reward, which is incredibly low compared to previous seasons.

Above is the screenshot from the previous season and it is clear how less Glint reward I collected in the current season compared to the previous season. Frankly, I didn't expect such a big difference. I wanted to experience Modern this season and apparently playing in Modern format is not suitable for me so unless some things change I will not be playing in Modern from next season and will continue to play only in Wild. Frankly, the reward won is not important to me, but it is not enjoyable for me to fight against mostly max level cards in the Silver League. First of all, I want to enjoy the game I play.

Brawl

In the last Brawl, I fought 7 battles and won them all, and collected 21 points for my guild, Dark Assassins, and we came second in the rankings.

We received 2,875 Merit and 18.328 SPS as rewards. After Brawl, I bought and opened 2 Gladius cases.

Gladius Cases

I got 2 Rare and 8 Common gladiator cards from the Gladius cases. Frankly, I really need all the gladiator cards so getting new copies of them makes me happy, so as I accumulate Merit, I buy and open Gladius cases.

I will continue to play in the Modern format in the current season and I plan to play in the Wild format by getting the Wild Pass on the first day of next season and if I enjoy it more there I will continue to play there.

Finally, I believe that there is a need for a change regarding the Leagues, especially there should be a card level limitation according to the leagues. The current system may encourage players to rent max level cards, but I doubt it will attract more players to the game. Frankly, I'm not an expert, I just wanted to say what was on my mind. I have no doubt that the Splinterlands will be better in the future and I believe it will get better with new updates. I really enjoy playing Splinterlands and will continue to play no matter what the circumstances are because I really love this game.
