I'm So Sorry Yodin Zaku I Had To Do This. And Focus Chest | Splinterlands

Yodin Zaku is a really powerful Summoner, I don't have this card yet, but I'm renting it from the market whenever I get the chance. Yodin Zaku gives +1 Ranged Attack to all friendly Ranged Attack Monsters and Blast Ability and +1 Health to all friendly Monsters. Although Yodin Zaku is very powerful, defeating it is not difficult at all. Those who prefer Yodin Zaku summoner usually use Ranged Attack Monsters and it is possible to defeat them easily with Return Fire Ability and Amplify Ability. Let's see this in a battle.

• Blast Ability : Does additional damage to Monsters adjacent to the target Monster.
• Return Fire Ability : When hit with a Ranged attack, Monsters with Return Fire will return reduced damage back to their attacker.
• Amplify Ability : Increases Magic Reflect, Return Fire, and Thorns damage to all enemy monsters by 1.

• Briar Patch: All Monsters have the Thorns ability.

Thorns Ability : When hit with a Melee attack, does damage back to the attacker.

When I reviewed the opponent player's last 5 battles, I was sure that the opponent player would prefer Yodin Zaku in this battle. I was so sure of this that I determined my strategy accordingly, and when I was building my team, I gave importance to defense rather than attack. My team had very few monsters to attack, but Melee and Ranged Attack Monsters didn't have much of a chance against my strategy.

By the way, I'd like to point out that my favorite summoner against Yodin Zaku is ILTHAIN. I would never hesitate to choose ILTHAIN as the Summoner if I feel that the opposing player will prefer Yodin Zaku or Ranged Attack Monsters. Also, when I combine the Return Fire Ability with the Amplify Ability, my team are much more effective and much more brutal against Ranged Attack Monsters.

ILTHAIN is a Epic Life Summoner Card belonging to the Riftwatchers edition that gives all friendly Monsters +1 Speed and Return Fire Ability.

• Return Fire Ability : When hit with a Ranged attack, Monsters with Return Fire will return reduced damage back to their attacker.
