STARBITS Price Analysis & A Few Suggestions About The Rising Star Game

STARBITS was trading around 0.0003 HIVE a few months ago and is currently trading around 0.00008 HIVE. This means a decrease of almost 73%. Also, the current price seems almost 275% away from 0.0003 HIVE. HIVE is currently trading around $0.48. It is true that the extreme volatility and sharp drops in the crypto market have had a significant impact on the decline of STARBITS, but there seem to be other reasons as well.

To be honest, I am very optimistic about Rising Star Game and STARBITS. I play Rising Star Game every day with love, it's one of the two games that made me addicted. The other is of course Splinterlands and I am really addicted to these two games. I would like to make it clear that I will continue to play these two games for many years. In short, I am both a long-term investor and a player in these two games.

Whether it's a game or any platform, innovations always excite investors and players. That's why it's so important to innovate and build. We're in a bear market right now and I think it's a great time to innovate and build.

I'm sure the Rising Star Game team is great and they are incredibly supportive and helpful to the community. But I want to criticize their stay away from innovations. Because I really want this game to develop more. I think the most important thing that kills the excitement is that the newly released NFT cards have almost the same features as the old ones. I think it kills the excitement of buying this new pack. I open an NFT pack almost every day and I will continue to open it because I want to get stronger in the game. When I consider all the packs I have opened so far, NFT cards that come out of the packs generally do not cover the pack cost. To be honest, I don't mind this right now, but I can say that I didn't feel any excitement when opening a pack.

I've opened nearly 200 NFT packs so far and I haven't received any Legendary NFT cards. I've only gotten 3 Epic NFT cards from the packs so far. Maybe I'm just too unlucky 😃 Honestly, this isn't a problem for me either, but I still think it shouldn't be this hard to get Epic and Legendary NFT cards from packs.

One of my favorite missions is a STARBITS Millionaire mission and I earn 10,000 STARBITS every time I complete it. Even just doing this mission once a day is quite lucrative. In addition, for a long time, I had thoughts about innovations related to the STARBITS Millionaire mission. In a post shared by risingstargame today, after October 17th, the STARBITS Millionaire queue will be closed until further notice. STARBITS Millionaire Queue Closing Until Further Notice There is a period of approximately 2 weeks for those who want to have the STARBITS Millionaire Card.

I don't have any information but it looks like there will be some innovations regarding the STARBITS Millionaire mission. I hope good things happen for the ecosystem.

A few suggestions about the STARBITS Millionaire Mission.

For example, those who currently hold 1 million STARBITS can earn 10,000 STARBITS from this mission, if those who hold 2 million STARBITS earn 15,000 STARBITS and those who hold 5 million STARBITS earn 30,000 STARBITS, I think this will encourage investors. Or it can be in different formulas. For example, I think it would be good if those who hold 5 million STARBITS can earn an extra NFT card when they complete this mission. Frankly, anything that encourages players and investors will strengthen the ecosystem.

I would also love to have daily missions added to the game, as in Splinterlands, daily focus missions can be added. I don't know if this is possible, but I think it will excite the players.

I also believe that NFT card rental system should be added, this will encourage holding more NFT cards.

I don't know if it is possible that these are just a few suggestions that come to my mind, but if they do, I believe that they will be welcomed by many people. I'm sure players and investors have different suggestions, and I'll be pleased to hear them. I believe that there should always be innovations that will excite and encourage players and investors. The bear market is a great opportunity for this and it is very important to build in a bear market. For example, these days when we are in a bear market, I believe that those who innovate and build can go to the moon in a bull market.

So it doesn't matter to me which way prices go. I've never sold any STARBITS or NFT cards until now. I have always invested my earnings. But I can say that my excitement is starting to break. I hope that with the innovations to be made in the future, my excitement will move towards the top again. I really love this game! That's why I want the game to develop more, if I have a task about it, I will not hesitate to do my best.

If innovations are added to the game, I believe that STARBITS will rise again and I am very optimistic about this. But if these are ignored, we can see the price drop more.

Frankly, as the level increases, the pleasure increases, so at first, the excitement may be less. Frankly, this is exactly what I mean, it is necessary to increase the excitement! Hope you start again :)

thanks for sharing your concerns with the game - as a lover of the game especially! I just made Millionnaire not so long ago, and was affected a lot by the collapse in starbits prices (just after I started buying some in order to become millionaire). I think overall, I have no complaints because early on I had been selling my starbits so if I needed to buy some later it probably came out even.

But as someone who is about halfway through the journey, I think there are 3 tiers of players:

    1. New (who are getting all those early achievements and getting "bigger" as a star in the game);
    1. Millionaire (who have played enough but have probably plaeaued in some way, but there is still lots to discover for good and bad - for example I am honestly annoyed that I must buy a rehearsal space then also buy Petrol in order to try new missions; but at the same time I am starting to play around with fan club and have never tried the record promoter stuff);
    1. finally there are player like you who probably are the big holders of cards and currency and have done it all and are getting bored.

The incentives are probably good for New players, I think they have declined somewhat for Millionaires according to my definition - the ROI is a lot lower now and the requirements are quite higher too (fans). And it sounds like the game is not well incentivized for big holders. O my mind, your other favorite game, Splinterlands, tipped the scales too far in favor of incentivizing the rewards for big holders. That game is more complex, but despite not being a New player I could not keep up with the deck strength or skill building time required to win and advance. I think that will be the big trap for crypto games - the whales hold most of the value in the game and their incentives are very different than those for new and middle players. How to balance them?

I like your ideas, but it is almost as if at the big holder level, there needs to be almost a totally new game. So rather than getting 1 more boring NFT for doing the millionaire mission, big holders like you would be playing a new kind of experience at 5 million Starbits or something. Maybe it's mixing your own tracks or a guitar-hero style multitasking game. That would keep whales entertained an incentivized to hold assets, it would not decrease incentives for new players to join, and would probably let middle players like me both feel good about continuing our devotion to the game and about aspiring to the cool new elite-level experience.

Haha, I just realized I wrote way too much for a comment, so I am going to make a quick post, too. Thanks for stimulating this thinking!!

First of all, thanks for the very long comment. 😃

It is always important to maintain balance. Undoubtedly, making money is important for everyone, and this is the general aim of investors. A player's priority is to enjoy the game. When the balance between these two is achieved, the game is definitely appreciated.

I think it's still in the early stages and I believe the game will develop more in the future. Since I love this game, I made a few suggestions, I don't know if they are possible. I believe the Rising Star team will do good things going forward. But the sooner this happens, the better.

I like the game too but I don't know if a rental system is needed. Most of the missions run off your stats and there isn't really a demand for a specific card outside of petrol cans and seasonal missions.

According to the current system, there is no need to rent. But it may be needed if demand increases. For example, fans are needed for the millionaire mission, this can be done in other missions. When this is done, the demand for cards will increase. Or something else can be done, the important thing is to make the game more fun.

Thank you for your feedback.

We have considered card rentals but it is a huge task and as I am the only developer I do not feel it is the best use of my time at the moment as it only benefits some players. This may change in the future.

I must admit you are the first person who has told us that you don't like the new cards each month. We get a lot of excitement on New Cards Day and 1000s of packs are opened as people want to collect the new cards which involve a lot of effort in their design. I do not feel that they need to do anything different as the game mechanics work as they are. They are purely collectibles and whilst not everyone is interested in this I feel that it doesn't need changing.

But I want to criticize their stay away from innovations

I must admit I found this a little upsetting. We have been working tirelessly on innovating especially around the use of STARPRO which is the key to a sustained future for the game.
Raves is our biggest update yet and is one of the most innovative things we have ever done.

We always appreciate feedback and will certainly think about what you have said but right now we are continuing on the path we feel is right for the game and whilst nothing is certain we believe it is the correct thing to do.

Thanks,
Jux and the Rising Star team.

First of all, thank you very much for your answer.

I must admit you are the first person who has told us that you don't like the new cards each month. We get a lot of excitement on New Cards Day and 1000s of packs are opened as people want to collect the new cards which involve a lot of effort in their design.

New cards excite me too. That's why I open a pack every day. And I am investing all the income I earn in the Rising Star and growing my account. I'm not complaining about the new cards being released, but the fact that the features are the same as the previous cards kills my excitement for opening the pack. Also, getting Legendary and Epic cards from packs is incredibly difficult or I'm very unlucky. 😃 Maybe it's my bad luck that killed my excitement.

I didn't know you were the only developer and I was frankly surprised. Developing such a beautiful project by yourself is truly admirable. Frankly, I have desires to increase the excitement in the game, but of course you know better what can be done.

In addition, the lack of sufficient tutorials causes us to not have enough information about the game, I guess. Of course, I know that creating tutorials is not easy.

That's why I understand the importance of your DHF Proposal much better now and I sincerely wish you success. I supported this proposal long ago and I hope everyone does.

I don't know if what I wrote above is possible or not. But I can clearly say that I am very optimistic about the Rising Star Game and I am sure that it will come to very good points in the future.

I'm looking forward to the release of Raves.

Thanks again for your consideration and reply.

I'm not complaining about the new cards being released, but the fact that the features are the same as the previous cards kills my excitement for opening the pack

We can't really add new features to the cards as the entire game is designed around the four stats however you will see different cards and groups of cards become more important within Raves when it launches. For example there may be a bonus for people who have say the newest 10 common cards.

Regarding the drop rates for the card types. We designed them to be very hard to get so they would truly be "epic" or "legendary". We felt that having the probabilities lower makes them less valuable.

Thanks again for all the suggestions and keep them coming!
