In battles with the Aim True Ruleset, attacks always hit their target, so I can say that I like this ruleset very much.

In battles with the Aim True Ruleset, I generally prefer Melee Attack Monsters and Ranged Attack Monsters, and the fact that they cannot miss helps me determine better strategies. In battles with the Aim True ruleset, the only power that will prevent their attacks from being effective is their targets' armor, because no matter how powerful they attack, they have to destroy their targets' armor first. That's why I attach great importance to reducing or even removing opponents' armor if possible, so that they can be more effective in battles. Let's see this in a battle.

I will share one of my most interesting battles with the Aim True ruleset, I hope you like it.

Battle Ruleset

  • Armored Up: All Monsters have 2 Armor in addition to their normal Armor stat.
  • Going the Distance: Only Monsters with Ranged attack may be used in battles.
  • Aim True: Attacks always hit their target.

MY STRATEGY

Before starting the battle, when I reviewed the recent 5 battles of the opponent player, I saw that the opponent player's deck was more powerful than my deck. I knew that in this battle I would be fighting against a higher level summoner so I needed better strategy to win this battle.

According to the ruleset of the battle, only Monsters with Ranged attack could be used in this battle, and all monsters would have extra +2 armor. Considering my deck, my only chance to win against such a powerful opponent was that the monsters on the opposing team had to have no armor, otherwise my chance of winning this battle was almost non-existent.

That's why I'll choose Eternan Brune as the Summoner, so the armor of all monsters on the opposing team will reduce by -2. I believed that this would increase my chances of winning the battle.

In the first position, I will put the Molten Ash Golem, which has Close Range Ability and 10 health. I put Molten Ash Golem in the first position because it has both the Close Range Ability and 10 health.

In the second position, I'll put Lava Launcher, which has Close Range Ability, 6 armor, and 6 health.

In the third position, I'll put Sarius with the Bloodlust Ability.

In the fourth position, I will put Ash Mirage with Headwinds Ability. In this way, the ranged attack of all ranged attack monsters on the opposing team would be reduced by -1, which meant that they would cause less damage to my team.

In the fifth position, I will put Firecaller with Martyr Ability. I'll explain why in the next line.

In the last position, I will put Tinderlock, who has Last Stand Ability and Close Range Ability. After the Firecaller was destroyed, Tinderlock would get +1 to all his stats. And if Tinderlock remained the last monster on the team, he would gain +50% to all his stats. That's why I put Firecaller in the fifth position and Tinderlock in the last position.

I would like to say that I adjusted my team's lineup according to the abilities and health of the monsters.

BATTLE COMMENTS

You can watch the entire battle from the video or from the Battle Link

Round 1

To be honest, the opposing team was more powerful and the opposing player's strategy was also quite good. Under normal circumstances, my chances of winning the battle against the level 3 Conqueror Jacek were almost non-existent. But having the Aim True Ruleset in the battle and the fact that all monsters in the opposing team except Lava Launcher would have no armor, thanks to Eternan Brune, would increase my chances of winning this battle.

In the first round, all monsters attacked their targets effectively, but I can say that the opposing team's attacks were more effective. However, the fact that all the monsters in my team had armor prevented them from taking more damage to their health. No monsters could be destroyed in the first round.

Round 2

In the second round, while 2 monsters from the opposing team were destroyed, no monsters from my team could be destroyed. In fact, the opposing team's attacks were more effective, but their lack of armor made them easier to destroy. And the fact that the monsters in my team had armor made them a little harder to destroy. I can say that the Stun Ability of the opposing team's Lava Launcher was quite effective in the first two rounds.

Round 3

In the third round, all monsters continued to hit their targets, and while another monster from the opposing team was destroyed, a monster from my team was destroyed. I can say that I was especially glad that the Lava Launcher was destroyed, because it was a monster that had armor and could attack very powerfully.

Round 4

It was incredible that in the fourth round, while 2 more monsters from the opposing team were destroyed, no monsters from my team could be destroyed. To be honest, I never expected it to be this easy. I can say that I was especially happy that Ash Mirage on the opposing team was destroyed because the monsters in my team would be able to attack their targets more powerfully. Only Tinderlock remained on the opposing team, and all of his stats increased due to the Martyr Ability and his Last Stand ability. But that wasn't enough for Tinderlock to win this battle.

Round 5

My team managed to destroy Tinderlock in the fifth round and won this very tough battle.

Although the battle cost 45 mana, it lasted only 5 rounds. It was remarkable that at the end of the battle, while all the monsters on the opposing team were destroyed, 5 monsters on my team were still alive. To be honest, I didn't expect to win this battle so easily. Frankly, the opposing team was more powerful and the opposing player's strategy was good, but my strategy worked much better. Especially the fact that I chose Eternan Brune as the Summoner was very useful because this way, the armor of all monsters in the opposing team reduced by -2 and it was easier to destroy them, so I can say that my team won this very difficult battle more easily. This battle was one of the best examples of how important armor is in battles. I recommend you to watch this interesting and quite challenging battle from the Battle Link and you can see how important armor is in battles with the Aim True Ruleset. I hope you will like it.
