Why Has Spirit Hoarder Become One of My Most Favorite Cards? | Amazing Battles | Splinterlands Social Media Challenge!

I planned to make my Splinterlands account even more powerful at the beginning of 2024, and I am making purchases, starting with the cards that I need and that can be very useful to my team with their abilities. Frankly, the performance of my new cards and the cards I upgraded in battles clearly shows me what a right decision I made. Today I will talk about the Spirit Hoarder card, which I upgraded to level 2 4 days ago.

By the way, I would like to briefly talk about my buying strategy. If there is a big difference between sell orders and buy orders, I aim to buy by entering a buy order through peakmonsters, this is sometimes a very long process, but it is a good way for me to buy at an affordable price. However, if the price difference is not too much and the prices on the sell orders are affordable for me, I buy the cards directly from Monstermarket because (A 6% fee is deducted from the sale price, 4% goes to market and 2% is destroyed to reduce DEC supply) Monstermarket refunds 60% of the deducted fee to my Hive Wallet in cash. This is a buying strategy that works well for me, if you have a better trading strategy I would appreciate it if you could tell me in the comments.

Spirit Hoarder

Spirit Hoarder is a Neutral Monster that can attack the target with a magic attack and has Triage Ability at level 1, Dispel Ability at level 2, and Blind Ability at level 3. Spirit Hoarder is a Legendary Monster Card in the Neutral Unit and belonging to the Chaos Legion edition. It costs 3 mana.

• Triage Ability : Heals the friendly back-line Unit that has taken the most damage by a third of max health.
• Dispel Ability : When this monster hits an enemy, it clears all positive status effects on that enemy.
• Blind Ability : All enemy Melee & Ranged attacks have a 15% higher chance of missing their target.

Because of the Triage Ability, Spirit Hoarder was already one of my favorite cards. I needed the Dispel Ability very much in battles, especially against monsters with all their stats increased, so I added upgrading my Spirit Hoarder card to my priorities, and I upgraded it to level 2 4 days ago. It is a great advantage to have the Spirit Hoarder in the Neutral unit because I have the chance to use it in many battles.

The Spirit Hoarder Legendary NFT Card is currently starting at $1.42 on the market. The Gold Foil Spirit Hoarder NFT Card is currently starting at $47 on the market. Frankly, I was surprised that the price of such a card was so cheap, but I am glad that I could buy it at a cheap price.

After I upgraded my Spirit Hoarder card to level 2, I had the chance to try it in some battles, especially in the battles I had today, I was very insistent to see its performance and I can say that its performance was much more magnificent than I expected. And I wanted to talk about my experiences with Spirit Hoarder card with my battle below.

In such battles, using the Quora Towershead card and Monsters with Martyr Ability together is the favorite strategy of many players, including me. And I could predict that the opposing player would have such a strategy in this battle, but I chose a different strategy to try my Spirit Hoarder card. Spirit Hoarder's performance was truly amazing and turned the opposing player's entire strategy upside down.

Spirit Hoarder's ability to clear all positive status effects on Quora Towershead was truly admirable, and Spirit Hoarder did so twice in this battle. Additionally, although Spirit Hoarder started the battle poisoned, its Triage Ability prevented it from being destroyed. This battle was just one of those battles where I said I'm glad I upgraded my Spirit Hoarder card to level 2.

The battle had the Stampede ruleset, it was not hard to imagine how ruthless Diemonshark, who had Trample Ability and Enrage Ability, would be in this battle after having all stats increased by +1 twice.

And in this battle, Diemonshark could have been effective enough to destroy my team when it had the opportunity, but thanks to Spirit Hoarder, such a thing did not happen.

• Stampede ruleset : The Trample ability can trigger multiple times per attack if the trampled Monster is killed.
• Trample Ability : When a Monster with Trample hits and kills its target with a Melee attack, it will perform another Melee attack on the next Monster on the enemy Team.
• Enrage Ability : This unit has 50% bonus Melee attack and Speed when not at full health.

To be honest, I didn't expect to win this battle, I just wanted to try the Level 2 Spirit Hoarder against Monsters with Enrage Ability. Even though Spirit Hoarder constantly missed the Coeurl Lurker, it did a great job in this battle with its Triage Ability and played a big role in me winning the battle.

If you have time, I recommend you watch all the battles and you can see how effective the Level 2 Spirit Hoarder is in battles and how useful it is to the team. I knew that the level 2 Spirit Hoarder would be very useful to my team and could be effective in battles, so I upgraded it to level 2, but its performance in battles was much higher than I expected. After seeing its performance in battles, I was very pleased to see that my decision to upgrade Spirit Hoarder to level 2 was quite justified. And now Spirit Hoarder has become one of my most favorite cards.

Finally, I would like to point out that I am very determined to make my deck more powerful in 2024. My primary goal is to level up all my Common cards to level 5, all my Rare cards to level 4, all my Epic cards to level 3, and all my Legendary cards to level 2. Afterwards, I will start upgrading them to make them suitable for the Gold League. Also, I would like to point out that as I upgrade the level of my cards, my probability of winning battles increases and I enjoy the battles more.
