Why is VULGUINE a Useful Monster for the Team? And Focus Chests | Splinterlands

VULGUINE is a monster that can attack the target with Melee Attacks and costs only 2 mana. The fact that Vulguine costs 2 mana and has the Scavenger Ability is a huge advantage in some battles. I don't hesitate to add Vulguine to my team, especially in low mana battles, because its increased health gives my team an advantage in battle. Vulguine is a monster that can be effective in battles when used with a good strategy, and it helps me win some battles.

VULGUINE has the Scavenger Ability at level 1, the Dodge Ability at level 5 and the Enrage Ability at level 8.

• Stampede rule means the Trample ability can trigger multiple times per attack if the trampled Monster is killed.
• Equalizer rule means the initial Health of all Monsters is equal to that of the Monster on either team with the highest base Health.

Before starting the battle, I reviewed the last 5 battles of the opposing player and felt that the opposing player would prefer Magic Attack Monsters in this battle, and I determined my strategy accordingly. Since the battle is a 21 mana battle, I put low mana monsters on my team's front line that can be effective against Magic Attack Monsters and can defend strongly. Especially, I put VULGUINE, who has the Scavenger Ability, in third position because Vulguine would also increase its health until it reaches first position, which would make it harder to destroy as its health increased. My strategy worked pretty well in this battle, Vulguine had 5 health before starting the battle and had increased to 8 by the time it got to first position.
