Splinterlands Social Media Challenge- The Rebellion

Welcome to my blog. So today I’ll be writing about the rebellion packs. Last week I wrote a post about it so today this will be my second post about the rebellion presale.

The rebellion sale started about 11 days ago and the team just published that we are 60% into the initial 500k listed. We are left with just 19 days to the end of the presale. According to the team if the packs are not sold out after the presale ends then the remaining cards will be burnt. As of now, we know that the team have reached their somewhat target for the presale.

It was said that being able to sell half of the packs will mean that the rebellion presale was a success. I know it’s a success as the team might not have expected this kind of reception from the players.

According to me I think it will be a huge success if 80% to 90% of the packs are sold before the presale ends. I believe we can achieve this figure as I know some players are still buying and some are still stacking up money to buy the packs. I know of a player who said she’s waiting to get money to she can buy the packs to max the collection. She was contemplating if it’s worth it just buying 100 packs.

For me I don’t have the financial capability to get a 100 packs but I do have the financial capability to buy about 10 packs. So far so good I’ve gotten about 2 packs and I’ve gotten the money I need to buy about 7 more packs so now am looking for money to buy one pack more and then my goal for 10 packs in this presale is good. This is my first presale though so for now I think I’ve showered good spirits. Come the next one I’ll be sure to try and see if I can get a 100 packs to loot the other promo cards.

Incase you didn’t know for every 10 packs you get a different promo card and if you get a 100 packs you get a different promo card. So if you get a 100 packs it means you’ll be getting 10 promo cards for people who buy 10 packs each.

New cards new abilities; yes you heard that right. This new rebellion cards will be the birth of new abilities into the game. New abilities and new set of cards in my opinion will bring a set of new breath into the game.

So far so good am not seeing a problem in the game since am basically a new user but then am sure people who have played the game for over 5 years will get tired of using same abilities day in day out especially if you’re in the toughest league. So year, new abilities will do that game a lot of good.
