SPS AIRDROP PROBLEM: DO NOT KNOW WHETHER GOT BACK LOST TOKEN OR NOT

IF You are doing any transanction in snap you may face this kind of issue where relative to your collecion power you wont get airdrop SPS then you have to raise ticket and it is taking a a lt time to resolve the issue and I am not sure whether the thin is resolved or not although people are trying there appropriate way but due to lot of work pressure as ticket keep on delaying and even I forgot which day this happened.
Struggled a lot to find it. Finally team is saying you claimed it that day it self. I am not aware how but they are showing me transanction detail which may not be wrong as it is blockchain transanction.
