An Eggstravagant Season is Here

The first quarter of the year has just ended, and immediately, an Eggstravagant holiday event comes to welcome us. And no! It was not an April Fool's. It's a very real event that has been going on as early as the 31st of March and comes with a new time-limited game modifier as well as new time-limited skins on Gwen's Glint Shop. But that is not all, because there will also be new avatar wardrobe items that will be added for a limited-time, so that players can get to customize their in-game character avatars to match the Eggstravagant atmosphere that this holiday brings.
So, without further ado, let us dig into what this event has in store for us.
Splinterlands Eggstravaganza Season
The Eggstravaganza holiday event is like Splinterlands version of the Easter Holiday, which is a major Christian Holiday by which Easter eggs represent new life and fertility. Just like in the previous events, we are also getting a new lobby background and battle UI to be available for the duration of this event.
Aside from that, we will also be getting a limited-time battle modifier, which will add a new twist to the game, possibly creating new strategies and never-before-seen synergies among the cards. The ruleset's name was Eggceleration, which has the following description.
All units gain +1 to all stats at the end of each round.
So with Eggsceleration, being one of the active modifiers, all units will have an increase in all of their stats at the end of each round. It's like having the Bloodline Tribute ability always active at the end of the round, even though no bloodline cards were defeated, making all the units stronger, resulting in the battles to end more quickly.
To get a better idea of how this modifier works, I had this Battle, by which the ruleset was active. And as you can see, unlike the beginning of the round, where Kellan Gaines had only 4 magic damage, his attack has increased by 3, same with Mindless Thrall and Barashkukor, not to mention their speed, health, and armor.
Gwen's New Shop Items
Along with the limited-time battle modifier, there will also be new items that will be available in the Glint shop, some of which are directly purchasable with Glint and DEC, while some can only be found on the Ultimate Loot Chests as a jackpot prize, which will require players to be blessed with some luck if they want to collect them. Each of the skins will be available as a jackpot as soon as the season ends at 1% odds, temporarily replacing potion %. To monitor the availability of each jackpot skin, you can use beaker's Website.
In case the event ends and there are still skins left in the jackpot pool, they will then be burned at the end of the season. That will keep the supply of the skins very thin, and since we finally have an in-game market for these skins, we can also trade the skins to other players who were unlucky to get them.
There will be two different skin types that will be available in the shop. The Pastel and the more rare Bunnified series.
On the Pastel, there will be 11 skins that will be available for direct purchase in the Glint Shop. Each skins were priced differently depending on the rarity of the skins, but unlike before, when skins could only be purchased through Glint, the team has now decided to add the option of buying the Skins with DEC. I guess with tons of stuff in the game that now requires Glint to get, it is now deemed that it will be fine to add purchase through DEC as an option for those who want to collect the skins, but do not have enough Glint for all of them. The pricing for each skins are as follows:

There were also 6 Pastel Series skins that can only be acquired through the ultimate chest, and unlike the ones that were available in the shop, the Pastel Skins in the chest were limited to only 500 copies each.

Meanwhile, for the Bunnified series, each skin will only be limited to 5 copies each, and can also only be acquired by buying the Ultimate Chest. Overall, there are a total of 580 Bunnified skins.
Opening Ultimate Chest
So yeah... I also try to get some of the skins, and after opening a batch of Ultimate chests, I get 3 Pastel Skins. Two for Razi Clanktrap and one for Gorgug the Endless. Aside from that, I get 2 extra cards, one of which is a gold Foil Ruinkeeper, 4 BCX of Coralforged, 3 copies of legendary reward cards, and some Scrolls. Overall, it was a decent pull, and I can sell all the gold cards that I get.
Eggstravaganza Wardrove Items
Aside from dressing up your cards to fit the event, you can also customize your avatar by giving it Eggstravaganza-themed items, which you can purchase with either Glint or DEC, with the following prices:

Closing
The Egstravaganza Event may run for only a short period, but there is too much fun stuff that is happening here, stuff that will surely keep players engaged, keep them playing, try to earn more, and maybe set new goals to reach to get more Glint.
