Back To Normal Season

2026_SPL_46.png

Hello, there! @saydie here, playing Splinterlands everyday!

So, another season has passed, and along with it was the end of the Eggstravaganza Event. For some reason, Eggceleration, the supposed to be a ruleset limited to the previous season, was still among the modifiers that you can have in your battles. Maybe the team has just forgotten to exclude it, and may remove it in the upcoming days or even the next scheduled maintenance, but I also see Bloodmoon, an exclusive ruleset supposed to be limited to the Halloween event, occasionally in my battles, so there is a chance for the ruleset to also stay.

Anyway, we are now back to a regular season with Modern ranked season 94 with nothing much going on right now, aside from some new modifiers and an ability getting nerfed. So, might as well share my previous season results.

Modern Format Season 93 Splinterlands Report

It has been six straight times that I was able to be in the Champion leaderboard, and I was able to maintain the same rating that I had the previous season of 4,060, which is under Champion II. However, it seems that rating was no longer enough to bring me within the top 75, because that rating only managed to be at the top 81. But still, I will take all the 50k Glint that I won in the leaderboard.

Match Report

Modern Ranked Diamond
Leaderboard Rank81- Champion II
Rating4,060
Total Battles437
Total Wins217
Win Rate49.66%
Longest Streak6
Leaderboard Reward 50,000

For modern ranked season 93, I played more than 400 battles, and compared to the season prior, my win rate has dropped to 49.66%. Could be because players are now getting more used to using Escalation cards in their team. Still, this is enough to keep me in the Champion II spot without any issues.

SPS Earnings
Staking Rewards 37.298 SPS
Ranked Rewards 4,322.033 SPS - Modern
Brawl Rewards 75.728 SPS
Tournament Prize 1,142.800 SPS
Total 5,577.859 SPS

Looking at my previous report, the total SPS that I won this season was on the higher end than the SPS I got in the season prior to it by almost 600 SPS, and this is because with a higher rating comes higher rewards. I also played a few survival battles, but since the rewards in Survival were changed from SPS to Glint, the rewards I get from playing Survival will not reflect on my SPS earnings.

And with that, I have earned a total of 5,577.859 SPS or about 25.29 $ combined at its current price.

MERITS Brawl prizes 10,600
VOUCHER 5.295
Fortune Entryfortune ticcket.png 481

And with me participating in all the brawls, I earned a total of 10,600 Merits for the previous season. I also had entered with more fortune entries compared to the previous season, but as usual, I once again did not win any premium cards. And there were only 27 draws remaining, so I am starting to lose hope of winning any prize. I am even wondering if I should continue buying Fortune Pass.

Glint Ranked 260,736
Glint Season 260,736
Survival 11,334
Reward 50,000
Total Glint Earned 582,806

When it comes to my Glint earnings, I have almost reached 600k Glint last season, so I have lots of Glint to spend in chests this season, though I still need to deplete my Energy to buy chests, but I find it difficult right now because liquidity bots were turned off, making it longer to find a match.

Tournament FeesDEC.png 2,500 DEC
Fortune PassDEC.png 250 DEC
Total CostDEC.png 26,170.732 DEC
Glint Purchase 675,000

As for my rental cost, my total expenses this season were 26,170.732 DEC or about $ 13.85$. It was a lot lower compared to the last season. And if we deduct it from my SPS earnings, I will be left with around $ 11.44 in earnings.

CA Reward and Extra set Progress

Once again, using the site splinterhub.com, we now have an easier way to monitor the progress of our CA reward cards, though this does not include the Extra set, so that will be manually monitored. And for this season, I finally completed 67% of my common cards from the previous 63%, with all of my common cards at level 8, and some at level 9. My rare collection, on the other hand, has just reach 54% completion, and my epic collection remains at 21%. Meanwhile, my legendary cards have now grown to 7% completion from the previous 5%. I still had 470k Glint that I can spent to the Glint shop, so I was expecting that I could level up some of my cards, but that is after I finished using at least half of my Energy, which is going to be much more difficult because of the lack of match liquidity with bots currently turned off.

As for my Extra collection, it did not move much of a needle and remains at the same level. But now, I have an additional copy of Hrolfa, and a few for Shadowcomb Duskrose.

I also tried my luck on some Eggstravaganza skins, so I opened a batch of Ultimate chests for a total cost of 300k Glint, and luckily, I got 2 Skins for Razi Clanktrap and a skin for Gorgug the Endless, not to mention a gold foil Ruinkeeper and Coralforged.

Closing

And that was it for the last season's recap. Given that making to Champ II was no longer enough to keep me to the top 75 of the leaderboard, my option is to either derank to Champion III, but just enough to be in top 100, so that I could still get 50k Glint and Diamond I advancement rewards, or grind until I had a higher than 4100 rating, which also comes with some risk that was due to the modified rating system where I can lose more rating the higher the difference in rating I had with my opponent.

Thank you, and see you on the next post!
