Black Foil Conjurer's Hubris & Lorn Auction Results

In the next 5 days, Grayhammer Painsmith, Conjurer's Hubris, and Lorn will be out of the Voucher Shop, and they will be replaced by a new set of Voucher Cards. The same will go with the limited edition skins for each card. So, if you haven't had them yet, you only have 5 days to save your Vouchers and use them to buy these cards. Because all the premium event sales for the cards have already ended, the only way that you can purchase them is through the general sale.
Speaking of premium cards, here were the results of the Black Foil auction for Conjurer's Hubris and Lorn.
Black Foil Arcane Conjurer's Hubris Winners
Unlike the GFA Fortune Draw, the Black Foil Auction for Conjurer's Hubris only lasted for a total of 5 days since there are only 5 Black foil copies of the card that will be auctioned, making it an incredibly scarce card. Also, unlike in the Fortune draw, where anyone who submits their entries has the chance to acquire the card, the only way to win the auction is to be the highest bidder for the card. In short, it's a whale's game, and here are the winners of the auction as well as how much they spent for each card.

All in all, the winners for the Black Foil Arcane Auction event have spent a total of 2010 Auction Marks, or an average of 402 Auction Marks per card. Using beaker007's Resource Converter, an Auction Mark costs 3150.78 DEC or 251.17 SPS. That was the price for 1000 Aura and 50 Vouchers, including the 500 DEC fee to craft each Auction Mark. So a copy of Grayhammer Painsmith costs around 226,856.16 DEC when we based it on the average Auction Marks per card.
Compared that to the 11,500 Vouchers that you will need to have a max copy of Conjurer's Hubris at regular foil, which is equivalent to 345,322.616. It seems that the winners have actually saved about 118,466.456 DEC by participating in the auction. But the thing is, all the winners of the auction have most likely have lands that produce those Aura that is needed to craft those Auction Marks. So, for the regular players, the general sale is still the easiest way to acquire those cards.
When it comes to the winning bids, the player who won the lowest bid was queenofmonsters, with the mint #1 for only 400 Auction Marks, which is quite unexpected, given that it is the last card to be bid. While the highest bid goes to bravetofu, who won the mint #2 of the card for 408 Auction Marks.

Now, let's go back with the requirements needed to craft an Auction Mark. Each Auction Mark needs DEC, Aura, and a Voucher to craft the token in the Artisan Quarter, and for the Auction Marks used in the Conjurer's Hubris Auction, here is the breakdown of the resources and tokens that were used.

Through this auction, we burned a total of 100,500 Vouchers, which is not a lot since we mint about 40k Vouchers a day, so it was not able to burn 3 days' worth of Vouchers that we minted within the last 5 days that the Auction was being held. Also, the Auction has burned 2,010,100 Aura, which is good for land, and with the 1,005,000 DEC that was used to craft the Auction Marks, the company and the DAO get 502,500 DEC each.
Black Foil Arcane Lorn Winner
Since Lorn is a legendary unit, there will only be 1 Black Foil Arcane copy for this card, and the winner for that Action was none other than Vugtis, who spent a total of 550 Vouchers to win the card.

But if we look at the bidding history, we can see that there was a fierce battle between bravetofu and vugtis, who are trying to outbid each other, but in the end, vugtis wins by adding another 41 Auction Marks to the 501 Auction Marks that bravetofu bids.
So, in this action, vugtis has spent 550 Auction Marks in total, and if we try to convert it for DEC, its cost will be 275,000 DEC, of which the company and Dao earn 137,500 DEC each, while burning 27,500 Vouchers and 550,000 Aura.
Meanwhile, a regular foil max level Lorn requires 11,550 Vouchers for 11 BCX of the card, and when we convert it to DEC, its total is 346,808.742, which is 71,808.742 DEC more expensive than the black foil version of the card.

Closing
Now that all the premium foil events have already closed, and the only way to get these voucher cards is from the general sale, I'm sure there will still be some players who will buy the card close to the end of the sale. But given that they had yet to reach the 3M ballpark, the general sale may not be able to reach the 3.6M Vouchers that were needed for Vouchers to be deflationary. Will still need to have a final tally once all the sales are concluded.
