Grayhammer Painsmith, Conjurer's Hubris, and Lorn Voucher Sale Summary

2026_SPL_87.png

Hello, there! @saydie here, playing Splinterlands everyday!

Conjurer's Hubris.png

Yesterday, a new set of Voucher cards became available at the Voucher Shop, replacing the previous set of Voucher cards. The three cards that were replaced were Grayhammer Painsmith, Conjurer's Hubris, and Lorn. And the only way to obtain them now is to buy them on the secondary market. The same goes for the limited edition skins for each of the cards.

And now that the sale period for this card has come to an end, the question to be asked is whether we were able to burn through the Vouchers that were minted during the 90 days that the cards were available. Another question that comes with more cards in the Voucher shop is which among them performs the most.

Voucher Sales Summary

General Sale

For the general Voucher sale, I've taken a screenshot of the total BCX purchased for each of the card, less than a minute before the sale concluded. Each of the cards has a different price of purchase, and to determine how much Voucher was spent on it, all I did was multiply the total BCX purchased by their respective Voucher price.

Lorn8031,050 Voucher.png843,150 Voucher.png
Total Vouchers2,951,800 Voucher.png

All in all, the total Vouchers that were spent on these cards during the General Voucher Sale were 2,951,800 Vouchers, with Conjurer's Hubris being the top performer.

Skins

As for the Card Skins, there are two types of card skins that were available for each of the Voucher cards. The cheaper one was the Fabled Skin, with a total of 100 skins per card, while the more expensive one was the Fanciful Skin, with a total of 10 skins per card.

Total Vouchers44,600 Voucher.png

Just like with the General Sale, all I did here was multiply the respective price for each skin type by the total number of skins that were purchased, and with that, the total Vouchers spent on skins was 44,600 Vouchers.

Gold Foil Arcane Fortune Draw

For the Gold Foil Arcane Fortune Draw event, the way that it works is that players will need to spend the required amount of Fortune Ticket to enter into a raffle, by which one player will win a Gold Foil Version of the Voucher cards. But players who did not win will still be able to have a regular version of the card, equal to the number of entries they entered.

And for this event, there are a total of 326,590 Vouchers that were spent, with Conjurer's Hubris performing the most once again.

Black Foil Arcane Auction

For the Black Foil Arcane Auction, Players will have to use an Auction Mark, which is crafted using Vouchers and Aura. To acquire the card, the player needs to be the highest bidder of the card before the countdown ends.

Each day, we minted 40k vouchers, so if we multiply that by the 90 days that the cards were available in the shop, we were minting about 3,600,000 Vouchers in total.

Closing

Despite the efforts to burn more Vouchers by placing multiple cards to be purchased, we still ended up 100k short. It was not a lot, but given that we had multiple cards available for sale at multiple events with multiple skins, the results are not much to be desired. Seems like the road for us to be Voucher deflationary is still far from happening.

Thank you, and see you on the next post!
