Chaos and covid

It is more than one week now that I am still reeling under the effect of covid. For the past two years, day in and day out, we were taking the utmost precautions to avoid this pandemic and were quite successful until the OMICRON variant struck our tiny state and it has spread like wildfire and people are not even aware that they are affected and thus spread the virus.

Thankfully, we were vaccinated and so it came about like the normal flu but then the tiredness and the fatigue cannot be described by mere words.
Now, we are slowly recovering after intaking an Ayurvedic tonic that was prescribed by the doctor. So, I would definitely recommend you to visit the Kottakkal Ayurved center and consult the doc.

As you all know, I am a splinterlands player and usually, nothing keeps me away from playing the games but the past week was so debilitating that I could not even do it properly of course the splinterlands games are so much of stress relief that I did make myself to play my dailies somehow.

Covid can cause chaos in our life and unless we are very vigilant, it can cause real trouble. So, if you are careful about monitoring your vitals, you have nothing to fear.

Make sure you eat right and drink lots of water. Another debilitating factor during the fever phase was dehydration. My hands and legs started paining so badly because of muscle pulls and whatnot and then I realized it was because of lack of fluids and even though one may not feel like 'drinking' water, make sure you do.

I did not want to write about all this because I am usually the person who avoids such bad phases like anything but then I thought I have to write about it because then it could be of help to someone at least. Ayurveda has helped so many people across the world and more and more people are coming to know about the healing tonics. Also, it is a medicine made from natural substances with minimal or no reported side effects.

I have regained some strength and trying to play splinterlands, cook small meals, and also try to rest when my battery is down. I do hope my energy levels will be back to normal soon.

Coming back to covid, I hope the virus will disappear soon and there will be no more variants. Is it not time that the world leaders made sure that no such pandemic ever occurs again?
