Good luck in the silver league with Tarsa!
I only have level 1 summoners. Does the summoner level make a big difference in silver league? It's something I have been wanting to do for a while but there is also a big cost involved.

I feel below 2 advantages are significant difference from level 1 summoners.
Common level 3 : Some of the common unit increases their attack +1. Common units are easy to level up since their $/BCX is not expensive.
Legendary level 2 : Additional skill of the Legendary unit is very strong. (e.g. GRUM FLAMEBLADE).
Almost all Silver players are using level 2-4 summoners.
So I also decided to make Tarsa level 4.
