I think the most hot prospect new summoner is Fernheart. The reason is that there are already many powerful Range attackers in Earth. And Fernheart makes them even more useful. This is also reflected in the card price.

DJINN OSHANNUS already has a high speed and is easy to dodge melee and range attacker attacks. In Lv2, it has the ability to evade magic attacks. The appearance of Aquatus makes DJINN OSHANNUS more lethal.

Relatively, the new summoners of the other 4 attributes have little effect on the cards they belong to. Perhaps it reflects that the abilities of these four new summoners have not been significantly improved for the time being.

Prospect Card I think

I estimate the following cards will be improved due to the new summoner's abilities.

PELACOR BANDIT

One of the strong reward card, PELACOR BANDIT had high speed with Flying ability. It can had chance to dodge melee and range attacker attacks.

PELACOR CONJURER and DAX PARAGON

Another strong reward card, PELACOR CONJURER had high speed too. It can reflect magic attack when it is at Lv4. Use it with the new Life Summoner Ilthain, it will get +1 speed and reflect range attack.
DAX PARAGON can increase the reflection damage of PELACOR CONJURER when it is at LV2. This combination is so effective during low mana battle.

NAGA ASSASSIN and VOID DRAGON

Both of them with high speed. The Dragon New Summoner - Sthispa can give them dodge magic ability. For NAGA ASSASSIN, when it is at LV4, its can dodge melee, range and magic attack by its' high speed and provide damage to enemy attacker. For VOID DRAGON, it look like another LV2 DJINN OSHANNUS but it can had those ability at LV1.
