[1] Welcome our new Co-Leader

We are glad to introduce our new Co-Leader: Oleksandr-3811 join our team. He will provide support for the guild management and the Guild Leader rewards.
There are 3 Co-Leader in our guild : Scfather ( Also with Alt. account Scfather02 and Scyiubb),Stephenkinglee31 and Oleksandr-3811 provide the Guild Leader rewards.

[2] Year 2024 target

Our target of year 2024 is upgrade our Store to level 8 before. However after we know that SPL is planning to change the burning value of Gladiator Card from DEC to Merits, so we change to upgrade Barrack right now. I wish all of our members can involved in it and increase your investment in our guild. To make this target can be succeed, all of my account in Peakmonster Asia and Peakmonster Hurricane will donate 10% of the SPS reward from each brawl. (When my account involved in the brawl and got the brawl reward.) And Stephenkinglee31 and Oleksandr-3811(Our another Guild Leader) also response to my action too.

When we upgrade to Tier 4 Brawl battles, we launched a brand new Brawl reward: Guild Leader rewards. This reward is sent by 3 leaders in this Guild: me (account scfather02) ,Stephen (account Stephenkinglee31) and new Co-Leader Oleksandr-3811. We will distribute 20% of the SPS rewards obtained in each Brawl in the above two accounts as "Guild Leader Rewards". And will distribute to those who participated in the Gold foil card battlefield (Fray 19-21) and the best results in each Brawl battle members.

Important Notice about Peakmonster Asia and Hurricane

---

The following are important announcements about the two Peakmonster guilds.

Since October 2022, stephenkinglee31 and I have been operating two guilds, Peakmonster Asia and Peakmonster Hurricane. We provided part of the brawl rewards we received to give back to the guild members. Recently, Oleksandr joined us as another Co-Leader in Asia too. However, with the changes in Splinterlands's operating policies (continuously reducing the rewards that players can obtain: canceling ranking rewards at all levels, forcing players to upgrade, etc.), we all feel that it is increasingly difficult to maintain profits every season. Losing money every season makes it difficult for us to maintain our guild's rewards and construction expenses. Therefore, after our deliberations, we have made the following difficult decisions:

1. We will still continue to operate two guilds, Asia and Hurricane. Asia will be changed to a free guild. It will not charge monthly fees and will not require members to donate guild buildings. Members can freely choose whether to invest resources in guild buildings.

2. Hurricane will become a dues-paying guild, and the membership fee is 5% SPS of each brawl reward. From time to time, members will be asked to invest resources into guild buildings to help the guild grow. Guild leaders will concentrate resources on Hurricane, and will also mobilize suitable members to transfer from Asia to Hurricane, so as to gather the strongest personnel to enhance Hurricane's strength.

3. Asia's guild general rewards will be stopped immediately. Hurricane will continue to maintain the guild general reward system, but the rewards will be slightly reduced.

Individual members will receive private messages about switching guilds one after another. Please pay attention to your personal discord or guild discord.
