Hello everybody. Here is the #75 operate report of the Guild - Peakmonster [Hurricane]. Let's see our guild information and our last brawl result.
Guild information
We are a guild that fully supported by peakmonster.com. At this moment we do not have any fee charges for all members.
Hall
We had a LV9 Guild Hall. Up to 27 members we can have.
Lodge
This is our LV8 Lodge. So we have a RP bouns +12% and Shop discount 6%OFF.
Arena
Our Lv7 Arena. We are involved in Tier 4 brawl.
Barracks
We have LV7 Barracks. 7 Tactics can be used in brawl.
Store
Our Store was upgrated to Level 7 recently. We can have +120% Merit Bouns.
Important Notice about Peakmonster Asia and Hurricane
The following are important announcements about the two Peakmonster guilds.
Since October 2022, stephenkinglee33 and I have been operating two guilds, Peakmonster Asia and Peakmonster Hurricane. We provided part of the brawl rewards we received to give back to the guild members. Recently, Oleksandr joined us as another Co-Leader in Asia too. However, with the changes in Splinterlands's operating policies (continuously reducing the rewards that players can obtain: canceling ranking rewards at all levels, forcing players to upgrade, etc.), we all feel that it is increasingly difficult to maintain profits every season. Losing money every season makes it difficult for us to maintain our guild's rewards and construction expenses. Therefore, after our deliberations, we have made the following difficult decisions:
1.We will still continue to operate two guilds, Asia and Hurricane. Asia will be changed to a free guild. It will not charge monthly fees and will not require members to donate guild buildings. Members can freely choose whether to invest resources in guild buildings.
2.Hurricane will become a dues-paying guild, and the membership fee is 5% SPS of each brawl reward. From time to time, members will be asked to invest resources into guild buildings to help the guild grow. Guild leaders will concentrate resources on Hurricane, and will also mobilize suitable members to transfer from Asia to Hurricane, so as to gather the strongest personnel to enhance Hurricane's strength.
3.Asia's guild general rewards will be stopped immediately. Hurricane will continue to maintain the guild general reward system, but the rewards will be slightly reduced.
Individual members will receive private messages about switching guilds one after another. Please pay attention to your personal discord or guild discord.
News update
Increase the rewards for investing GP in Guild.
In order to attract members to invest in guild buildings, we have once again modified the rules of "Rewards for investing GP in guild buildings" that provide by guild leaders. Guild building investors will receive more rewards.
Target of 2024
Our target of year 2024, we hope we can upgrade our Barrack to level 8 before June 2024. I wish all of our members can involved in it and increase your investment in our guild. To make this target can be succeed, all of my account in Peakmonster Asia and Peakmonster Hurricane will donate 10% of the SPS reward from each brawl. (When my account involved in the brawl and got the brawl reward.)And Stephenkinglee33 (Our another Guild Leader) also response to my action too.

Introduction of Guild General rewards
When we upgrade to Tier 4 Brawl battles, we launched a brand new Brawl reward: Guild General rewards. This reward is sent by two generals in this Guild: me (account scboy) and Stephen (account Stephenkinglee33). We will distribute 30% of the SPS rewards obtained in each Brawl in the above two accounts as "Guild General Rewards". And will distribute to those who participated in the Gold foil card battlefield (Fray 19-21) and the best results in each Brawl battle members.
The distribution of relevant rewards is as follows: (% refers to the percentage of the total rewards)
1。Rewards related to Brawl result (accounting for 30% of the total rewards)
The member with the highest winning rate 12.5% ( if more than one person will share the reward equally)

In this issue of Guild General Rewards, my account "Scboy" and Stephenkinglee33' account draw 30% of the brawl rewards of 93.042 SPS, that is 27.912 SPS. The total rewards will be 55.824 SPS.
