RE: Splinterlands: Kommt jetzt die Diktatur - Mein Account wurde von Splinterlands vom Voting für Proposal ausgeschlossen

Bisher nicht, Splinterlands stellt sich auf den Standpunkt, dass ICH beweisen muss das ich NICHT mit Bot gespielt haben und sie müssen nichts beweisen
Das ist was der COO von Splinterlands mir geschrieben hat:

"The Terms of Service are clear on what is and isn't allowed. You say that you are "innocent", we believe differently based on the information we have uncovered. We are not going to tell you our methods and we don't have to prove anything to you."

Es ist aus meiner Sicht absolut unglaublich, da wird die Beweislast einfach umgekehrt - Splinterlands behauptet einfach grundlos das ich in Frontier mit Bot gespielt habe und ich soll beweisen, dass ich es nicht getan habe und solange bin ich von allem gesperrt. - Was ist das für eine Firma ?
