My Second Week at Splinterlands: Season Ends

My First Climb

Hello, Splinterlands Community. It's me again, Schattenreich. Still pretty new around here, and I've just got started with my second week at Splinterlands. It took me quite a while to get up to bronze 1, even with assistance. Hopefully I manage to reach it much faster this time around.

That said, as the season ended, I managed to receive a few new cards. Still not quite sure where they'll work best, but I'll figure them out too. Small steps at a time.

Here are my season rewards. They'll all make fine frontliners, I'm sure. I'm pretty happy that I finally got cards of my own. Also thanks to @kryptodenno for his giveaway. Winning his giveaway gave me my very first card.

Quick Newbie Tip:

If you're a newbie, you might also benefit from renting Creeping Ooze. Creeping Ooze is a very versatile card that can be used for nearly every set-up in bronze league. It might look weak to you, it did to me as well back then. But give it a chance, it'll serve you well.

This is Creeping Ooze. It's pretty good at what he does, and that mana cost is a good bargain. You can place him in any set-up, if you haven't yet maxed out the mana count.

Conclusion

The starting climb as a newbie can be quite a struggle even with assistance, but it's better that you have assistance of some sort than none at all. Be sure to seek advice from the community from time to time, they will welcome you, and they'd be more than happy to help.

I suppose that concludes my blog for now. Thank you, Splinterlands Community.
