Splinterlands and Rising Star are two of the best games for play to earn

TWO GAMES I REALLY ENJOY
I have been playing Splinterlands for about 2 years now and have definitely built up a nice collection. With the last few days the value of cryptocurrencies going up in general, only adds to the value of play to earn games. I was skeptical when I first started not really knowing what I was getting into. Like many other I played a few practice games and liked playing, so I thought I will get a spellbook and play the play to earn side of the game. It was the best decision I had made. Two years later i still love playing Splinterlands and obtaining new cards. I look forward to the upcoming land addition and what that will bring the game. During my two years of playing I have purchased many packs of cards and quickly started putting money into Splinterlands. I am glad to report that I have made that money back and I am truly earning money while I play.
I think there are many people out there that are nervous about spending a little money on a game, when there are so many scams out there. The reason I finally put some money into Splinterlands was that I enjoyed playing before buying a spellbook and figured that spending $20 for a spellbook and some cards is what I would spend to buy other games or movie. I looked at it as I was spending $20 for some entertainment, 2 years later I am still entertained.
Having built a large collection from rewards and purchases, I look forward to using my collection which has me in the Gold III level currently to earn rewards. Each battle is bring in around 5 DEC per win and I rent out about 40 of my cards making me even more DEC per day. Today I had a Dragon Quest and earned some DEC, potions, and an Epic card. Below is my rewards. I enjoy doing the daily quests and receiving the rewards, I only wish their was a potion to buy that allowed you to do an additional quest every day.

If you have never played Splinterlands and enjoy strategy games, you have to try Splinterlands. If you are like me and nervous about putting money into a game, just think of it as entertainment. Here is my link to Splinterlands if you would like to try it.

Since I enjoyed Splinterlands so much and I now had money that I earned from Splinterlands, I tried a few other games on other networks. What I found was there were games that promised a lot, but when playing there were things you would accomplish that didn't seem to have a point. Many of these things that were pointless in the game were designed for the creators of games to earn money, which makes it difficult even to recoup the money I had put in. However, it seems Hive is a different network that is a community where designers care about the users of the apps. Many of the designers also seem to play the games on Hive and designed the games to be fair to everyone and offer everyone a chance to earn money.

Realizing that the Hive network was different, I decided to give another game on Hive a chance. I decided to play Rising Star and after about 4 months of playing I am enjoying Rising Star as much as I am enjoying Splinterlands. Rising Star is a different game where you complete missions which earns you Starbits. Much like Splinterlands their are a collection of cards, however they are used differently. The cards in Rising Star decide how much Starbits you earn per mission. If you don't balance your skill points to the number of fans you have your ego go up, which in turn does not let you earn as much. To combat the ego you can take lessons for instance you can take guitar lessons which improves your skill points. During the lessons you can earn more skill points by having more instrument cards that have higher luck number on them.
So after playing Rising Star for free and earning a small bit, I again put some money into the game and it has paid off. The amount of Starbits I earn has really jumped up. I have also been a music promoter which burns Starbits but gets you Starpro which can be used to complete different missions and obtain additional cards. Since I had collected a large amount of Starbits in the game, I staked them on records. When you stake Starbits on a record and someone buys the record you earn a portion of the record sale. This is an enjoyable game and does act as a music industry simulator.
If you want to try Rising Star, you can start for free and see if you enjoy it. Here is my link to Rising Star.

So my overall impression of both Rising Star and Splinterlands is that the people who designed the games also play them. The games have good graphics and time is spent on creating the NFT collection of cards. Many other play to earn games that I had tried had poor graphics on the NFT collection and you could tell them were just quickly minting those cards to start earning profit. Splinterlands and Rising Star both give you the opportunity to earn, so I recommend both games.
I hope everyone enjoys playing and has a great week this week.
