Hello Hivers and Warriors in Splinterlands, hope you all are having a great time enjoying your battles in Splinterlands. Let's enjoy the game and fight for some amazing rewards. Having battles in Splinterlands is always a good choice to spend your time. I enjoy every battles in Splinterlands and had great time in opening Rebellion packs. Normally, I will share anything about Splinterlands on the social media, it could be about cards, abilities, rulesets, battle reviews, End of Season results, or my playing experience.

The topic of this post will mainly focus on my strategy on the Equalizer rule set. And let's move on and discuss how we won the battle.

The Principal Rule Set: Equalizer

The initial Health of all Monsters is equal to that of the Monster on either team with the highest base Health.

Note: Don't use high HP monsters and focus on high damage. Try to use a lot of monsters as well. Having a Tank Heal, Thorns, Triage for defense helps a lot.

Equalizer: The initial Health of all Monsters is equal to that of the Monster on either team.
Rise of Commons: Only Common and Rare Monsters may be used in battles.
Born Again: All Monsters have the Rebirth ability.

---

Summoner

The GENERAL SLOAN is the cheapest summoner that you can get from the marketplace if you are having a limit budget. Simply unlocking him to have higher summoner level in your battle. Talking about the ability, 1 range damage buff to all the teammate is also a great choice in some circumstances. For the Life element, there are also some good ranger that can be used along with the GENERAL SLOAN. I will explain in the followings and demonstrate how to use the cheapest summoner to qualify you a win in some battles.

Front Row

The CHAOS KNIGHT is a great tank in Gold League since we are encountering large mana battles in most cases. The giant killer sometimes works extremely well and get your enemy down quickly. Plus, the Shield ability makes sure the CHAOS KNIGHT survive longer to protect the teammates.

Second

The CELESTIAL HARPY is always a good choice that you do not have any spare mana left for the battles. In Gold League, why not pick a monster that have flying ability with high speed, opportunity and true strike to ensure the kill? Meanwhile, it only cost 2 Mana in your team. For this card, I suggest buying a max level one since I believe it will raise in price in the future. I see the potential of CELESTIAL HARPY.

Third

Here comes another low mana excellent card, the XENITH ARCHER is a ranger that only cost 2 Mana while it has 4 health and 2 range attack. Sometimes you can put it in front of your other rangers to act as a tank while sacrificing only 2 damages for a short round. In this case, I put my XENITH ARCHER in front of my other rangers that have more abilities.

Fourth

The RUNESLINGER is a ranger in Riftwatchers Edition that with Stun ability and Affliction that stop enemy from healing. For Gold League, it has 2 range attacks and 8 health which costing 5 Mana. The stats are excellent while comparing to the mana cost. Plus, the Stun ability sometimes will surprise you.

Fifth

The VENARI CRYSTALSMITH is a decent reward card that we can farm in our daily quests in prior edition reward cards. And now the only way to unlock your VENARI CRYSTALSMITH is to rent from others or buy from market. The Dispel ability is a great way to counter Martyr ability in some cases. For the stats, they are decent with useful ability healing your front tank.

Sixth

The PELACOR ARBALEST is a flying Life ranger units that with double strike ability. Combine the range attack buff with my summoner GENERAL SLOAN, the damage of my PELACOR ARBALEST could be better and utilize its strength. However, the only bad thing about PELACOR ARBALEST is low speed that sometimes you will miss your target in battles. That's the thing we need to be aware of. It could do better with true strike ruleset.

Battle Result

It was an epic battle that with good strategy, since my CHAOS KNIGHT plays a good role in tanking all the damages from my enemy while my VENARI CRYSTALSMITH keeps healing the CHAOS KNIGHT to sustain the survivability. Meanwhile, the Equalizer makes sure all my monsters are tanky also for the enemy. After make sure all my back line monsters are well-protected under the Equalizer and Rebirth ruleset. My back line rangers safe enough to eliminate all the enemies. They are on fire~

Win Rate Analysis

The strategy was perfect since my enemy has 0% chance to win this battle based on 100 battles of simulation in Xbot. This website helps me improve my win rate as the time goes by since I normally check every win rate of my rank battles afterwards, which helps me build up better strategy to make more wins. Definitely suggest all of you or new comers in Splinterlands to utilize the function of this tool.
