Dragon battle using new rewards cards only

Dragons are my favorite splinter to play at Gold League level. Dragon splinter let's me use some of my favorite new Chaos Legion reward cards that are still very affordable in the market place for the new players. In this battle I am taking on the Lama and Kron Furious Checken and combination maxed out for the Gold League.

The Ruleset

The Strategy

Given the rule set we have I only have Gold level summoners for Earth or Dragon, my Death and Life summoners are Level 4 and are not very suitable for Gold level play. So I have a choice between Dragon splinter and Earth splinter. Due to a fairly low mana cap of 20 I am going with Djinn Chwala, Twilight Basilisk, Djinn Biljka and Naga Assassin.

The Summoner

I like Camila Sungazer because it is one of the lowest mana legendary summoners and has the demoralize (-1 to melee) ability, which often comes handy.

1st Slot - Tank

This card has great shield and hit points combination which is combined with 4 melee damage, enrage ability and thorns ability makes for a deadly tank.

2nd Slot - Stun Monster

Twilight Basilisk is one of my favorite monsters to put in second position. In addition to high speed, shield, 4 hit points it hast reach and stun abilities that come in handy especially with self healing mosters.

3rd Slot

For only 3 mana cost this legendary monster brings 2 magic damage combined with Comouflage, Void and Weaken abilities that are very valuable in many matches.

4th Slot

Naga Assassin is quick and has a backfire ability a very useful combination which you can see in this battle.

As you can see this is a very formidable combination of dragon rewards cards that is able to defeat a very expensive Lama Kron the Undying. I don't even own a furious chicken and the opponent had a level 6 version of it! The new rewards cards are probably still the best deal on the market so hurry up and max them out while these prices are still relatively low.
