If I'm not mistaken, all SPS had been minted due to security reasons. They're just sitting in an account for now, from which they're distributed. But I'm not sure if I understood that correctly. It was something like that in a proposal, a year ago or something like that.
But yes, basically the campaign would be for the last SPS being sent out of that account, so from there on the DAO or whoever would have to buy SPS to provide for tournaments and league rewards. Something like that is the idea, correct?
