Ever Wonder What Splinterlands Gold Tier Rewards Look Like? I Did!
** Hey guys! It’s Shadow346 from the Illusions of the Grave Guild** on Splinterlands. I am here this week to share my Gold Tier reward experience from this past season. People struggle with garnering enough collection power every season to be able to rise in the season rankings. Many turn to renting cards because they can’t afford to own cards to get them to the next tier. I normally rent cards myself until I reach Silver Tier Rank 1 or 2.
As an experiment, I rented cards this last season to reach Gold Tier for the first time. I wanted to see if the rewards were more abundant in Gold Tier, or better in general. I spent around 40 dollars in renting costs altogether, which I know sounds crazy to some of you. But it was all for science Lol!
Take a look below. These pulls are based on luck so all of the rewards are random. But as you can see, the majority of my chests gave me a card. I ended up with ELEVEN cards. There was also a rare card thrown in there. Unfortunately, there was nothing higher than a rare. I would have been stoked. I was also really hoping to get at least one gold foil among all of those cards. I’ve only received one gold foil (Pealcor Mercenary) from a chest since I started in August and it was from my single daily chest. I have not received any from my season rewards YET.
My Thoughts on Gold Tier?
I wouldn’t say that these pulls were bad for my first Gold Tier Rewards! I am thankful for my odds, although they could have been better. Every card helps my power level and I can use the extra cards to level up my owned cards. I also collected more potions (which I was going to purchase anyways) to use during my Chaos Legion Pack Opening soon so I’m not complaining. Tune in when I make another post about the opening. I will be opening at least 20 packs!
I hope this makes your renting decisions easier when deciding what tier to try and reach.
