That goes against decentralization. And which front-end are you talking about? There are numerous front-ends that publish to the Hive blockchain. I'm afraid the solution you are seeking does not exist here.

Leofinance is only one platform on the Hive blockchain. They publish to the Hive blockchain as do ecency, hive.blog, splintertalk, peakd, etc. If you publish something on the Hive blockchain, anyone can comment or vote on it.

There's no point. If you want a moderated platform, go to facebook, twitter, etc. A decentralized platform like Hive does not have the ability to block people because it is decentralized with no central controlling authority to make blocking decisions.
You aren't getting, what I am trying to explain. It is better to shut up rather than talking without knowledge on particular topics.

I don't know why I tried to explain in the above replies but you aren't trying to understand the situation instead of talking your own shit again and again. Make a habit of reading articles fully, it will be helpful for your crypto journey. Reading titles and reacting only makes you moon boy.
Alright we are going to part ways here and agree to disagree. You refuse to listen to facts and would be much happier in a moderated environment like Twitter or Facebook where you can complain to an admin and have someone banned or punished for leaving mean votes or comments on your posts.
