Yes card market is reacting to the changes. Now people are upgrading their decks and hopefully staking more sps as they are going higher like a flywheel effect. nobody likes to lose so upgrade more > get higher rating > get more staked sps to maintain multiplier lol

It's a full flywheel at the ecosystem. More cards, more sps to get a higher winrate and earnings.
