We are entering a new era for Splinterlands, where the Rebellion edition is about to arrive and change everything we know about our favorite Hive game. I don't deny that my relationship has always been one of ups and downs, with moments of great joy and unity, such as the guild battles, which brought me together with many cool people, determined and focused on helping the guild evolve, as well as moments complicated, with many defeats and few rewards, but, in the end, I haven't stopped playing Splinterlands since the release of the Chaos Legion edition.

With that, what would be my expectations for the future, now that the new edition is arriving? With this post, I would like to share my feelings about what I have done and what is to come. Needless to say, I'm looking forward to December 5th, when it will be possible to open the pre-sale packs and thus get the promo cards as well if we have purchased the required number of packs. The new mechanics will also be added to the game on this day.

Speaking of pre-sales, this is the first point I would like to share. When the packs were put up for sale, I initially bought 4 packs, as we can see in the image below, but on reflection I believe it would be better to buy 6 more, to get at least one promo card.

Even if it's just a copy of the letter and maybe it doesn't mean anything, I think it's cool to show participation in this new phase of Splinterlands, so, doing the math here, I believe that I'm going to buy 6 more packs to complete the 10 needed.

To do this, I purchased 30 Vouchers, so that I can use 5 per pack to get the discount, so instead of buying for 5k DEC, I will be able to buy for 4k, which already helps a lot!

As a result, I still cannot obtain the 24k DEC that I will need, but I soon want to obtain this amount to complete this purchase and obtain the 10 packs needed. Carrying out a simulation, only 7 SWAP.HIVE already buy the necessary amount in DEC, so just wait for a few more payments during the week and that's it, packs purchased!

Edit: I mistakenly put the wrong required value. It's not 7 Swap.hive to get to 24k DEC, I think someone skipped math classes haha, just kidding, it was my favorite subject. It takes at least 67 SWAP.HIVE to get 24,273.863 in the quote at the moment. Sorry for this grotesque error.

So, as usual, I start small on a new issue, but better a small step than none. With that, I hope you have luck opening these packs and so you can start off on the right foot when the Rebellion edition arrives with everything on December 5th.

Regarding the expectations themselves, I am confident that this new edition will greatly change the way we play Splinterlands, due to new abilities (I will not explain them in detail in this post) in addition to the summoners, some of them of course, will be able to choose tactics such as improving something on their team or applying a penalty to the opposing team.

With this, I believe that the strategy that is a strong point of Splinterlands, will be placed on a new level, where we will really have to think even more about what we are going to do with the our team, going far beyond forming a good team, there will be more details that will make all the difference on the battlefield.

As we can see, we will have summoners with a double element, the possibility of choosing the skill we want for this battle, as mentioned, we can improve our team's attributes or penalize the opposing team and finally, we can also choose if we want to improve just one card, as in the example below a tank or our rear card or the entire team. Many strategies can be put into practice and this will be incredible!

Finally, a detail that is making us anxious and excited is the beginning of the first edition rotation, that is, Untamed, including Azmare Dice and all related cards, such as reward and promotional cards, will be rotated to wild mode, Therefore, the modern mode will only be with CL cards forward.

This makes me curious to know what the battles will be like, moreover, I believe that many, like me, were unable to obtain many cards from the Untamed edition, focusing heavily on those from the Chaos Legion, so, with the modern mode only getting the latest editions, this This means that many will have the chance to win the cards from the beginning, given that the CL edition is already widely shared among its players.

This leads me to believe that I can even sell the few cards I have from the Untamed edition and thus focus exclusively on the modern ones, giving me more chances of getting powerful and improved cards and creating stronger teams and thus obtaining more victories.

Well, that's what I hope, generally practice is different from theory, but I need to keep hope that everything will be better now, with new updates and a long-term focus, the Splinterlands team have everything to rekindle the passion of many for our favorite game!

Estamos entrando em uma nova era para o Splinterlands, onde a edição Rebellion está para chegar e mudar tudo o o que conhecemos do nosso jogo preferido da Hive. Não nego que a minha relação sempre foi de altos e baixos, com momentos de muitas alegrias e união, como por exemplo as batalhas da guilda, que me uniram a muitas pessoas legais, determinadas e focadas em ajudar a guilda a evoluir, assim como momentos complicados, de muitas derrotas e poucas recompensas, mas, no fim das contas, não parei de jogar o Splinterlands desde o lançamento da edição Chaos Legion.

Com isso, qual seria minhas expectativas para o futuro, agora que a nova edição está chegando? Com essa postagem, gostaria de compartilhar os meus sentimentos, quanto ao que fiz e ao que está por vim. Não preciso dizer que estou ansioso para que 5 de Dezembro chegue logo, quando será possível abrir os packs da pré-venda e assim pegar as cartas promo também caso tenhamos comprado o número necessário de packs. As novas mecânicas também serão colocadas no jogo neste dia.

Falando em pré-venda, este é o primeiro ponto que gostaria de compartilhar. Quando foi colocado os packs para venda, inicialmente comprei 4 packs, como podemos observar a imagem abaixo, mas pensando melhor acredito que será melhor comprar mais 6, para pegar pelo menos uma carta promo.

Mesmo que seja apenas uma copia da carta e talvez isso não signifique nada, acho legal mostrar a participação nessa nova fase do Splinterlands, então, fazendo as contas aqui, acredito que vou comprar mais 6 packs para fechar os 10 necessários.

Para isso, realizei a compra de 30 Vouchers, para que assim consiga usar 5 por pack para pegar o desconto, sendo assim, no lugar de comprar por 5k de DEC, conseguirei comprar por 4k, o que já ajuda bastante!

Sobre as expectativas propriamente ditas, estou confiante de que essa nova edição irá mudar bastante toda a forma como jogamos o Splinterlands, por conta de novas habilidades (não irei explicar elas detalhadamente neste post) além de os invocadores, alguns deles claro, poderão escolher táticas como melhorar alguma coisa da sua equipe ou aplicar uma penalidade na equipe adversária.

Com isso, acredito que a estratégia que é um ponto forte do Splinterlands, será colocada em um novo patamar, onde realmente teremos que pensar mais ainda no que vamos fazer com a nossa equipe, indo muito além de formar um bom time, haverão mais detalhes que irão fazer toda a diferença no campo de batalha.

Como podemos observar, teremos invocadores com elemento duplo, a possibilidade de escolher a habilidade que queremos para está batalha, como dito, podemos melhorar os atributos da nossa equipe ou penalizar a equipe adversária e por fim, poderemos escolher também se queremos melhorar apenas uma carta, como no exemplo abaixo um tanque ou a nossa carta da retaguarda ou toda a equipe. Muitas estratégias poderão ser colocadas em praticas e isso será incrivel!

Por ultimo, um detalhe que está deixando ansioso e animado, é o inicio da primeira rotatividade de edições, ou seja, a Untamed, incluindo Azmare Dice e todas as cartas relacionadas, como as de recompensa e promocionais, serão rotacionadas para o modo selvagem, sendo assim, o modo moderno será apenas com as cartas CL para frente.

Isso me deixa curioso para saber como será as batalhas, além disso, acredito que muitos assim como eu, não conseguiram obter muitas cartas da edição Untamed, focando bastante nas da Chaos Legion, então, com o modo moderno pegando somente as ultimas edições, isso quer dizer que muitos terão a chance de conquistar as cartas desde começo, em vista que a edição CL já está amplamente compartilhada entre seus jogadores.

Isso me leva a crer, que posso até mesmo vender as poucas cartas que tenho da edição Untamed e com isso focar exclusivamente nas modernas, me dando mais chances de conseguir cartas poderosas e melhoradas e criar equipes mais fortes e assim, obter mais vitórias.

Bem, isso é o que espero, geralmente a pratica é diferente da teoria, mas preciso manter as esperanças de que tudo será melhor agora, com novas atualizações e um foco a longo prazo, a equipe do Splinterlands têm tudo para reacender a paixão de muitos pelo nosso jogo favorito!
