Splinterlands Proposal #25 - Convince Me

@splinterlands friends & family, I am asking for you to convince me (and others also).
The ask is for clarity about Proposal #25, which can be read here: https://peakd.com/@spl.council/sps-proposal-allocate-up-to-30-million-sps-to-pursue-exchange-listings/

My request is for you to show that:

1. Majority of NFT games show USD Value Increases after listing on Top 10 exchanges
2. Majority of NFT games are listed on Top 10 exchanges
3. Majority of NFT games that are listed on Top 10 exchanges
4. This is the only time ever for SPS to be listed
5. This is higher priority than retaining players with better "new player experience"
6. This proposal purports to increase retained players. How will it do that, and what are the projections of player retention from listing?

How this will be done:

1. Show data, since you have seemingly already done this to prove to yourself that this is a smart move, this should be easy.
2. If your "proof" starts with "I think" or "It seems" or "One time", this is not sufficient proof. I can cherry pick data to prove any point.

I am open to voting in favor of the proposal if there is at least some evidence that the proposal will benefit the community more than hurting it. I think that would go a long way.
