Fish congee with a side Hainanese Chicken

Fish congee with a side Hainanese Chicken. Its one my of favourite comfort food, its light and very healthy. Fish congee is just porridge made with fish bits and stock. The Hainanese chicken is juicy and oily, its unlike normal steamed chicken which is usually dry. I do not the process they put it through to keep it so soft and juicy. The other sides are Eau Cha Kuih which is like a chinese breadstick that is extremely crunchy (when served fresh, it becomes doughy when its not fresh) and salted duck egg.
