Texas BBQ Penang Style at Smoke Papa

It was Bills Birthday so we decided to try something new....
True enough, Texas-style BBQ is not a very well known tradition in Penang. But since Smoke Papa started putting logs and pork slabs on the fire at the Jetty Food Court, meat-lovers won't have to go far for tender, juicily smoked cuts.

The pulled pork and pork ribs were amazing! The smokiness and tenderness of the pork is out of this world. The sides were amazing as well. Only one complaint is that its a bit too dry could have used some gravy of some sorts.
