Back to playing splinterlands.. well.. soon anyways.

I'm thinking about playing splinterlands again after some year and a bit of just renting out my cards.

One of the primary reasons I generally didn't play is because of how infuriating it is to get out of the 'noob' ranks and into the ranks that give you game modifiers and actually make the game interesting.

Without these random modifiers you end up with meta decks battle after battle and it's infuriating.. But as far as I can remember you need to be at least silver rank to reliably get modifiers..

Anyways... I'm currently waiting for my rents to finish up after that I'll try grind my way to the 'fun' zone.

IF I actually manage to have fun this time round I might even start filling in some wholes in my decks to make life easier.

Speaking of which.. @chris-uk would it be possible to join the splinterelites guild again? :D

Anyways, here's hoping it'll be fun. I'll try stream some gameplay as well from time to time over on my @vimm channel.

In some other unrelated news, V1.24.4 of hive witness node software is available now, I'm probably going to upgrade to it soon, It's a day or so of downtime as it's a replay plus an OS upgrade for me.
