New Death Splinter Monster Card

• I was looking around for a card with some good melee attack damage. In Splinterlands, it's nice if your tank isn't just an attack sponge but can also dish out some damage as well.

• Already being a fan of the Death Splinter, I had to get this one:
  

• Undead Rex costs 9 mana to play, has 5 attack points, 2 speed points, and 9 health points which I found all pretty impressive--plus it doesn't hurt that he's big old zombie dinosaur which adds to its cool factor.

• Haven't done this before but here's the stats and lore for the Death Splinter monster card, Undead Rex.
  
  
  
  

• The card numbers are for how many duplicates of Undead Rex you have to combine in order to up his stats or unlock his abilities--5 duplicates to improve stats for the first time, 60 duplicates for the 1st ability Trample which is like Blast except only when Undead Rex attacks and kills an enemy monster, and 300 duplicates for Stun which gives his attacks a chance to stun the enemy and skip their next turn.

• I've don a few battles with him already and even with enemy attack debuffs he's still dishing out 4 points of melee damage until two to four enemies take down his 9 points of health. Extremely useful so far.

• Splinterlands is amazing. This game has everything--elves, wizards, magic, AND zombie dinosaurs. If you're not playing yet, I highly recommend you start this crypto adventure ASAP because things only get even way more interesting from here. Hope I run into some of you in the game soon. If you see a guy with an Undead Rex for a frontline tank, it might be me. And may the best man (or woman) win!
