Software I used :

I used Photoshop 2020 for editing and also for making gif by frames

Steps :

As our #neoxian city Leader (Mr. Dragon) pointed out the fat legs of the lady, I first stretched her legs a little (you can see the difference easily)

Than I moves her legs and body here and there to get two more frames

After that I put the same background and place these actions particularly to finished the GIF scene

Splinterlands is block-chain based collectible card game where player can earn by winning ranked battles, completing quest, etc.
