I am here with a GIF image of my own created piece of welcoming girl kid pose.
I just move her arm and hand to make a simple GIF

Software I used :

Adobe Illustrator 2019 for moving her Hands/Arms
Adobe Photoshop 2020 for creating GIF by frames

Steps :

As I already tell you above that I just move her arms/hands and yes, also move her eye lids. Here you can see 👇️

I work on Illustrator for creating characters and use Adobe Photoshop for GIF creation.
It is not so hard, there are so many tutorials to follow...
