Battle Mage Secrets - 'Weak Magic' Ruleset

Good day to you all and I hope that this weekend is going well for you. It's weekend time and I am trying to utilize this time and draft this battle share post for this week.

It is the weekend and time for me to share my battle share post with different rules. I was not able to share my last week's post for the rule set because of work on the weekend. But this time I'm back and drafting this post to share the strategy I followed with the rule set defined for this week's challenge. Gaming has been an exciting part of splinterlands and now with the new version of cards it is even more fun but I have not got any cards as of now. I will be buying some cards later and even I will explore the rental market once the current rental is over. I'm sure the players will be listing out these cards and I will see whatever would be the best for me from this edition called Rebellion.

Playing with different rules sets is good and I enjoy it because I get to know about different rules set through this challenge. Now I think there will be another learning in the game because we have got the entire set from the latest edition that has got over ninety cards. We need to go through different abilities and tactics and also learn about the new cards. While there are so many rule sets and stuff that I need to learn and understand this new edition is going to be another learning for me.

I played this battle with the ruleset Weak Magic and it was a good experience while playing this battle. I like participating in the battle share challenge because this helps me to play different rule sets. Every battle is fun because we get the opportunity to follow different strategies and even when we are familiar with the rule set also there is scope to change and try something new.

This splinterlands battle season will be ending 5 days from now and I am playing is gold one. I have been playing in the Gold League for the last few seasons and this is good for me because I do not have more SPS. If I choose to go with a higher league then I would need more SPS which I don't have so better to play in gold. This time I had very good cards with me that I took from the rental market and also exceeded the collection power of 500K. Some of the cards I have are very powerful in the game and for the next renewal for the rental market, will consider rebellion to be in my deck.

SPS is very important in the game and for me, the easy is more important because I use this token to pay for the rental. Now it is expensive for me because I need to pay more for the DEC and this is why my cost has increased for the rental market I will have to see how many cards I need to take and I will avoid taking cards that are not needed.

Challenge Rule - Weak Magic

This rule set is good and we often get it almost every day. I play with this rule set a couple of times a day so I think I know how to play better with this game and the strategy I followed worked well for me. Because the strategy was good as per the rule set I won the battle and here in this post, I'm sharing the same battle.

Magic hits armor first before hitting health. Add another layer of Protection to extend the life of your units. Shatter or Pierce any armor your opponent dares place.

With this battle, the ruleset was good and I have played so many battles with this. My card selection was pretty good so I won the battle and shared more about it-

Cards Selection for Battle

I got only 14 mana for this battle which is too low and because of this low mana, I could pick only 3 cards for the battle. This also includes chicken that does not cost any mana. I picked all the melee cards because of weak magic cards and this was good. I even took the summoner with thorn ability because I was expecting the opponent player to come with melee and it worked for me.

The battle mana was not high but still, I managed to pick some cards that came with low mana cost but did well in the battle. Choosing the right card for the battle is very important and that too based on the rules set this battle is a clear example where I followed the wide strategy which went well in my favor.

Conclusion

Playing battle is a daily activity for me. I try to play every day with different rules set and also to understand how I can improve my overall gameplay experience. With this type of challenge, we can learn new things and explore different rules to be familiar with and this is what I like about this challenge and overall gaming experience.
