DEC Price at discount and I Purchased

Dark Energy Crystal is a useful token in the splinterlands game and I use this for rental payment. My gameplay is mostly dependent upon rental cards so dec is more important for me. It is important because I need to make the payment using the DEC token. This is known as a stablecoin in the game but in the last few months, this is not stable which is good for me because I can buy more.

Every time I see some discount on the token price I buy a bunch of tokens on the market. Today I can see the discount of 12% on the price. I didn't miss this opportunity and did buy another bunch of tokens from the market this week. I keep on buying from time to time and maintain a balance in the account because it is one of the tokens that is always needed for me. I use the key chain to buy the tokens using HBD and send them to my game account. I keep this token in my game wallet and for rental this gets deducted from my wallet.

Currently, I have 47K Dec tokens lying in my account and all these are in liquid form. The value as per the market is $42 approximately as of now and this token is also available on other chains like Ethereum and BSC chain but I am not familiar with that arrangement. I somehow learned the process of managing between the high engine and the game account and I'm happy with it.

There is a lot that I don't know but I will try to learn in future because learning is important but for now, it is not required and I do not want to complicate my life. Sometimes enough knowledge that is required is good to have rather than exploring more options because this can create many issues and I do not want to go into that this is why I am happy that I have a hive-engine option to transfer the token to the game account. I am happy to buy more tokens at a discounted price because it is helping me get more cards on the rental and a twelve per cent discount is not bad. I feel like it is a discounted shopping for DEC tokens and every time I would love to have it.

Conclusion

This time the SPS token price is also low and dec is already down so both tokens are in the buying range. I'll think about buying sps later but before that, I want to build a good holding for the dec tokens. I am planning to have more than 100K DEC in my account so that it can manage my rental for the next two to three months. I think they should be sufficient for rental payment for the next three months approximately and in between I can also think of buying more sps. There is an option to pay for the rental using credit also but I don't use it because there is no discount and I need to pay flat there. It's better to pay through DEC so that I can get on discount but if the price of this token increases then I will think about credits for now, there is no change that I am planning.
