I have paid for Wild Pass in Splinterlands

Hope the day is going well for you and it's going well for me also.

I play battles in wild format. I play in this format because I get cards at the lower end price in market. My gameplay is mostly dependent upon rental market because it is cheap and I get almost every card at affordable price. With wild format I can use any card in the game. But if I play with modern then it will not be possible and this is why I like playing with the world format.

From this season onwards the team has implemented wild pass. This is a new change in the game and it is implemented from this season only. This is only for the players who are playing in the wild format and continue playing they need to buy the pass. These paths can be purchased using different tokens in the game with different price. For example if I pay with DEC then 2000 dec tokens will be required to be paid. This is additional cost to the player in wild format. I think that this way the game is trying to eliminate bots from wild but I don't get the idea as modern is already there with human players. Never mind, because I will play in wild so have to bear this cost.

this option is visible on the page where a button is seen in green color to get wild pass. Once I click on this option then another page is opened in which the cost of this pass is visible along with the validity. The pass will be valid for the one season which means in the current season it will be expiring in 12 days and 10 hours approximately.

I have D E C token also but I choose to pay with vouchers as its discounted. I did buy this token from the market so that I can pay for the cost using vouchers for the wild pass. As you can see there the balance it is asking me to pay is 40 vouchers. Why transfer the vouchers from hive-engine to game account and paid for the pass in few clicks.

The cost is paid and you can see that now I can see the option to battle and this is only visible only when the cost for the wild pass is paid. This is a mandatory requirement for any player in the wild format going forward. I have cleared playing in this season because of this but I also need to take out the cards on the rental. My rental is expired for most of the cards because I generally take for 30 days and that period is already over now.

Conclusion

Recently we have seen multiple changes in the game and this wild pass is another addition which is a kind of cost to the players in this format. I hope this experience and experiment brings more value to the game and more people buy the wild pass so that a big chunk of tokens are taken out from the circulation supply. Again I would say that I like these type of changes in the game but I'm looking forward to see how these changes being value as a whole to the game because ultimately the growth hub game is important for all of us.
