Strategy I followed in this Splinterlands Battle

Good day to you. Hope the day is going well for you and it's going well for me also.

Splinterland is an NFT card battle game. Every card is NFT with different abilities and some statistics. These cards are used to play in the game so we can say it is an action game but it is different. We do not have any character and cards are enough to do that having different abilities. We have two types of cards including the monster and summoners and for each battle, we need to have one summoner and monster cards. There are elements including fire earth water death dragon and neutral. We have got the summoners aligned with these elements and even we have a summoner for the neutral also now. Earlier there was no summoner for the neutral element but now it is and that is a powerful and expensive summoner card.

This week the social media challenge is about sharing the strategy and about the battle so here I am to do that. The battle I'm going to talk about is a good one that I have played using the Earth element and my choice of card was good. The Sumner card I chose to play with comes with torn ability and if you see the battle you will be able to see that it was a good choice. Thorn did a lot of work for me and this is why I say that choosing the right card for the right battle is important but sadly sometimes I also miss it. I'm still learning the game even after spending six months and I think it is going to be a continuous process for me. I can't say that I will become a pro in the game after some time because, by the time I learn more, there will be many more new additions.

Battle Rule Set

The battle has got 2 rule sets -

• Weak magic
• Holy protection

Because the rule set is weak magic so it's obvious that the opponent player will be picking more cards from magic or range. If I choose the summoner or the monster with thorns it can help me. This is why I have chosen the summoner card with thorn ability so that any attack coming from the melee will be given back.

Because it has got holy protection so with the thorn, one-time protection will also be gone and this is another reason why choosing the earth summoner with Thorn ability was a good choice.

I have renewed my rental for the entire month and some seminar cards were missing so I did an additional renewal today. Because I am dependent upon the renewables for the card that I take from the rental market I ensure that all these cards stay in my account and this is why timely tracking is important. Sometimes some cards are removed and there is no notification system so I don't know which one is gone and this is why keeping an eye on the overall card holding from the rental market is important. I prefer to keep the cards for 30 days at least because this way I can plan things at my convenience and I don't need to do multiple renewals frequently.

Conclusion

The strategy I followed for this battle was fun and I'm happy with even my strategy because it went well and the choice of cards for this battle on the battleground was also very good. I think gaming is fun but it's hard to win 100% battles for everyone because it is difficult and other players also have the expertise. Sometimes the kind of strategy we go through or plan in the battle makes a bigger impact on the better outcome so I can say that this battle was a good one and my strategy was even better.
