Why Should we invest in Rebellions cards and Packs and DEC Price Spike to Peg

Splinterlands is a fun game and in the last few months, I have observed that they keep on bringing new things for the community. It is good because this is a good practice that keeps the community engaged. Innovation and community engagement are very important in any game and this also applies to any sort of traditional game. It is important to invest in different assets in the game. This helps us to stay updated with the upcoming updates in the game and also improves the overall gaming experience. I don't know how others are playing the game but I believe because there are a lot of changes and upgrades in the game it is necessary. Investing in different assets also improves the rewarding journey of the game. There is a lot that we can invest on and this could be tokens as well as different cards in the game. This time we are going to have the rebellion packs going live through general sale this week. I think it is important to buy rebellion cards or maybe pack if you want to try your luck and it's up to you.

Investing in Rebellion Cards

The reason why I believe it is worth investing in cards from the Rebellion edition is that we are going to have many changes. We can also call it some upgrades that we are going to have this includes the new abilities and three new tactics. I want to mention here that the new edition of cards is going to be dedicated to gameplay. We are going to have these cards from the rental market but I expect that the rental is going to be on the higher side with this. This is because the earlier version cards are going to be used on lands and rebellion is the only addition that cannot be used in lands. Now because we are left with the option as a player to use Rebellion I hope this will trigger the price and probably the rental is going to be expensive.

I am not sure about the price but I think it should be good in the beginning because many people would not be going with this and probably they will continue playing with old cards. By the time they realize the value of these cards in the game, this might trigger the demand in the market. We are going to have a fantastic combination of cards with different abilities so it is another plus that we need to consider.

Buying Card or Pack?

This is subjective because it is up to your requirements and how you want to do this. I think if you are someone who likes to give it a try with your luck to see what cards you can get then the pack is for you. If you are someone who wants to have specific cards chosen by yourself then you should be going to buy the card and this means that investing in cards can be a good idea. When we buy a pike we do not have the option to choose the card because when we open the pack we get random cards. Sometimes these random chords can be much more valuable but it does not mean that we get everything that is needed for our game account.

When you go buying with the card then you know what cards you are buying and what will be the use case for you in the game using those cards. This is why I say it is subjective and can vary from one person to another.

DEC Price

Check for the dec token price in the below chart. Just imagine if you would have bought Dec token a few months back then you are on profit for sure. This kind of opportunity exists in the game and this is why buying when things are at a lower price is always a good idea. The token is almost there however it does the price once but I expect it should be going there soon and might stay there for long.

You can also check out the historical performance for the token and its all-time high which was on 16th August 2021. This was two years back and at that time I was not part of the game so I don't know how it was going through that time but now I expect things are going to be much more valuable in the game. I expect that DEC will at least stay here for a long time because of increased demand and it will not be a surprise if it crosses that mark and goes beyond that.

Conclusion

I keep on tracking the prices for tokens in the game including DEC and SPS. I enjoy the game a lot and most of my gaming requirements are fulfilled through the rental market and there I spend a lot of DEC tokens. Now it is going to affect me because I will have to pay more for the rental. After all, DEC is not available at a cheap price and I have very few tokens left in my wallet. I know that it is an expensive deal for me now but it's OK because anyway this is what the community was expecting and finally this has happened. As a player who is dependent on the rental market will always expect the price for DEC to go down but seems like it is not gonna happen soon so let it go whatever it is.
