Splinterlands - Seasons Rewards - 1 September Rewards - Did the Splintermate bot do better this time?

And another season ends. But this season has been a bit different.

As you may know, I've been finding it less fun grinding the matches and I've been busy so with much consideration I decided to give the Splintermate service a try.

Lets get straight to it:

Last Season

Very briefly, last season the Splintermate bot averaged about five focus chests a day and an end of season reward of 33 chests. While I didn't get anything of note during the season (well there was a 500DEC chest and a Djinn Chwala during the season) the end of season rewards were really uninspiring with an estimated value of only USD0.95! I cant really complain as that basically covers the cost of the bot in just half a season and I didn't have to work hard for it.

This Seasons Rewards.

This season the bot averaged just over six focus chests a day with 94 chests over the season. No cards of note dropped. There was a 246 DEC win on one day and a 148 merit win another but other than that nothing of note.

That leads us to the end of season.

9 more chests than last time. Not a lot of SPS earned but 367 merits which was ok. A Djinn Chwala and a Gargoya Devil were nice but the highest value item was a chaos pack. Estimated value USD3.946 for the EOS rewards which isn't too bad. Long story short the bot is paying for it self.

Now the big question is, what is the value of a Chaos Pack.. could be peanuts, could be a fortune..

Well I opened it and....

WOW!!! Quite possibly the most valuble pack I've ever opened with two gold foils and the biggie, a Gold Foil Legandary - shame its Zyvax Vuul who isn't that useful but the CP is definitely great!!

From a value perspective, the Zyvax is worth about USD28 which makes my most valuable card I think. The Disintigrator Gold Foil is probably actually the better of the two cards - worth less but more useful.

Got to say that is probably the best pack I've ever had!!

And so that is another season but a season that overshadows all the others in terms of value added to my account. Very happy, cant complain and happy with the Bot's progress so far.

I've paid for about another month as you may have seen from my last post and I'll keep at it a while and see how it goes!
