WOO - How The Match Between Roman Reigns and The Rock Would Go At WrestleMania 40
Greetings to everyone and welcome to Wrestling Organization Online, WOO.
Well, following Friday Night Smackdown last night, it's been made official: the two main events of WrestleMania 40.
We will be having a World Heavyweight Title match between Seth Rollins, the World Champion, and Cody Rhodes, the winner of the 2024 Royal Rumble Match.
- My prediction for that match is that Cody Rhodes would win to become the World Heavyweight Champion.
Seth Rollins has been a great world heavyweight champion and has held the title for quite some time now. When the belt was introduced to the company last year, there was a tournament that led to AJ Styles and Seth Rollins competing for the title, and Seth won.
Since that time till now, Seth has held onto the title and has defeated every opponent that came challenging him for the belt, including Drew McIntyre.
However, there's never been a time where Cody Rhodes was defeated by Seth Rollins since he returned to the WWE as the American Nightmare.
Cody Rhodes has lost twice, and one of the losses was at WrestleMania 39 last year against Roman Reigns in the main event.
However, Cody Rhodes almost beat Reigns, but Solo Sikoa came in to cheat on Roman's behalf when the referee was being distracted by Paul Heyman.
Cody also lost again to Brock Lesnar, but Cody has beaten Lesnar twice. They've fought three times, and Cody has won twice out of the three.
So this is truly a testament to the strengths and abilities of Cody Rhodes.
Now enough about Cody; let's jump to the main topic here, guys.
We have the Rock versus Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Title.
- The big question is who's going to win?
Well, guys, I think that's not the question you should be asking if you're familiar with Roman Reigns and how he's been winning matches for the past 3 years.
The question about the main event match between Roman Reigns and The Rock shouldn't be who's going to win but how's Roman going to cheat his way to a victory 😂
This is definitely going to be The Rock's retirement match, and it's a great and worthy match.
The Rock will be defeated, but we really don't care. What we care about is how The Rock will perform, giving his final People's Elbow and slams.
The Rock is way bigger and I believe stronger but also older, so Reigns would have more endurance than The Rock.
And besides, guys, WWE is not going to hand the Undisputed Title to Hollywood Rock. They need a full-timer like Reigns. I really can't say full-timer Roman Reigns with a straight face now.
The man barely shows up to work, but hey, at least we saw him at Royal Rumble in a fatal 4-way match.
Well, guys, to simply answer the question on how the main event match between Reigns and Rock would go, Reigns will probably cheat his way to victory, and The Rock will have his standing ovation by the crowd.
