WOO - My Take on Jimmy vs. Jey Uso at WrestleMania 40: Zilla Fatu Possible Interference
Welcome back to Wrestling Organization Online, WOO.
WrestleMania 40 is coming up and I couldn’t be more excited, not least for the match that’s going to go down between Jimmy and Jey Uso, who are both members of Anoa'i family which is a legendary wrestling dynasty.
These guys have been tag team champs for ages but now they’re going one-on-one and I can’t wait.
They were the reigning tag team champions at WrestleMania 39 last year. But this time around, they’ve gotten personal and everyone’s gone gaga, including me.
Like come on man, just think about it; fighting your own brother on the grandest stage in this business – that’s crazy.
Another family member, Zilla Fatu, posted a tweet earlier today. The only word he posted was “wow.” Wow is exactly how I feel about this match! It’s gonna be something special, that’s for sure.
Even their dad Rikishi has been talking about it on his podcast.
He cannot wait to see his boys fight, and he is right, there is no doubt about it! No one knows better than him what it means to go in the ring and when Rikishi says that; well that means a lot.
Leading up to the match now, there has been some sibling rivalry. Jimmy prevented Jey from getting an Intercontinental Championship opportunity, which is huge in WWE. On SmackDown tonight, Jey will face Solo Sikoa.
But the ultimate showdown comes at WrestleMania itself.
On SmackDown, I’ve seen it since the beginning and it’s been explosive. They are really mad at each other; you can just tell by looking at them. But the question here is who will win.
Because he is the one who brought all this trouble some people may be tempted to think that Jimmy has an upper hand but then we do not know with WWE. They like surprises so it could swing anyhow.
Besides, they have probably something else up their sleeves knowing The Bloodline.
Regardless of who wins, there is no doubt that this match is going to be memorable in wrestling history. These men will leave nothing behind and fireworks are set to explode!
So, whom do I think will win? Honestly, I’m undecided about that too. Although part of me would like Jimmy winning for getting into all these problems, another part wants Jey to get some retribution.
Thus let us wait and see what happens in WrestleMania 40.
