WOO - My Take on Who Should Dethrone Gunther as WWE Intercontinental Champion?
Hello, friends, I'm back with another wrestling episode on Wrestling Organization Online, WOO.
I managed to come across some interesting opinions on who should end Gunther’s reign as the WWE Intercontinental Champion. This has made me think and therefore, I want to air my opinion.
To start with, let us talk about Chad Gable. According to people such as Matthew Rehwoldt believe that Gable should be the one to end Gunther. They say he’s got what it takes and the willingness to do it.
However, I don’t know if that is really true. Besides, Gable had his chances in the past but didn’t deliver. Yes, okay he is talented but maybe he isn't quite there yet.
Bron Breakker can also be mentioned here. Tom Prichard appears to argue in favor of Breakker being right for this position though.
After all Breaker has a lot going for him including having a father who was a wrestling star as well as recent NXT notoriety and signing up with Smackdown.
All the same, will he be able to make it? It is a difficult decision to make.
Me personally, I’m thinking someone totally different: Sami Zayn. Yeah, I get it; Prichard thinks that he doesn’t require the rub, but hear me out.
That is how long Zayn has spent in the wrestling industry putting on great matches and entertaining the audience. He deserves a big win and taking down Gunther would be massive for him.
Additionally, it will put some new life into Intercontinental Title division.
But then again, like I said before that is just my opinion. Henceforth, WWE will have to make a decision on who should terminate Gunther's reign of terror.
They’ve got plenty of talented wrestlers to choose from so whoever they go with will surely give us lot of fireworks.
To sum up, there’s no simple answer to the question about who should become the next WWE Intercontinental Champion after Gunther. Gable? Breakker? Zayn? Or maybe somebody else entirely – they all have their positives and negatives.
It’s going to be interesting seeing how this all plays out in that squared circle.
