WOO - My Take on WWE Raw: The Rock and Roman Reigns Dominate Ahead of WrestleMania
Greetings to everyone and welcome to Wrestling Organization Online, WOO.
I was totally psyched up for this week’s episode of Raw as I am a huge WWE fan, especially now that we are approaching WrestleMania.
The start of WrestleMania Week could not have been any better as Raw lit the fuse.
In fact, the major highlight of the whole show was the ongoing rivalry between Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins and Dwayne Johnson.
The show commenced when Dwayne Johnson gave a fire promo about what happened last week involving Rhodes. And then came in Reigns who stressed unity among family members and proudly said that he will make it through easily at WrestleMania.
But Rollins never backed down and instead challenged either The Rock or Reigns for a fight. In the end, he faced Solo Sikoa in a match under “Bloodline Rules”. This led to interference from The Bloodline and Rhodes which caused the match to be declared as no-contest.
Just when everything seemed lost for him having decieved The Rock with traps, out emerged real Reigns from under the ring.
Soon what followed was an onslaught where both rock and reigns mercilessly attacked Rhodes and Rollins using Rhodes’ own weight belt on them.
As a fan, I could not but feel like being swept up in such a moment of intensity. The chemistry between Reigns and The Rock is fire; their dominance only adds to the excitement going into WrestleMania.
Rhodes and Rollins are seemingly losing this feud, but there is an element of intangibility. Will Rhodes receive his much-awaited moment at WrestleMania or will Reigns extend his historic title reign?
While we wait for the future to answer this question, let me tell you one thing- WWE has gotten me fully involved in its tale.
I would rate this episode of Raw as an A grade on the whole. The last segment had a good mix of action with drama, and I can’t wait to see what lies ahead for WrestleMania. Bring it on.
