WOO - Roman Reigns won the fatal 4 way match: No Surprise There Though

Hi there wrestling fans, it's time to talk about the Undisputed WWE Universal title defense match at the 2024 Royal Rumble event.

I've already shared a blog on the winner of this year's Royal Rumble, and the results were no different from last year's Royal Rumble event.

Cody Rhodes won the Royal Rumble match one more time, and based on his reaction to the win, his decision has already been made.

Cody has chosen to face Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 40 one more time. This year's Royal Rumble and WrestleMania would be no different from last year's.

Reigns and Cody for the Undisputed WWE Universal championship. I guess it's one more chance for Cody Rhodes to finish his story.

But wait, if Cody picked Reigns at Wrestlemania 40, that only meant Reigns won the fatal 4-way match.

You're absolutely right for thinking that way. Reigns won the fatal 4-way match against Randy Orton, L.A Knight, and AJ Styles, and I believe it's no surprise there.

The fatal 4-way match went exactly as I had predicted a couple of weeks ago.

Since all three guys, Randy, Knight, and Styles had an issue with Roman Reigns, the match started with the three teaming up against Reigns.

It was a very hilarious scene. The fatal 4-way match started as a three-in-1 match against Reigns 😂.

Reigns looked pretty helpless at that point.

As I predicted, that would be the disadvantage of Roman going into the match. However, the advantage was that every other contender wanted to win so they would also beat each other up, allowing Roman Reigns to rest for a while.

So technically, this match was easier than a singles match for Roman because the other contenders beat themselves up.

Also, as I predicted, there was outside interference which is by the name of Solo Sikoa.

Solo came out to help Roman and took off a little heat for Roman.

The match ended with Roman winning as predicted.

Roman Reigns was at the top section of the arena watching the men's Royal Rumble match.

Cody Rhodes won the rumble and pointed at both the WrestleMania 40 sign and Roman Reigns.

This signified that Cody Rhodes would want to face Roman Reigns.

The interesting thing is that Rhodes could have decided to stay on Raw and just face Seth Rollins.

Rollins is already injured and is in rehab at the moment. Cody has already beaten Seth three times, which is as many matches as he has had with him.

So Seth Rollins would have been a pretty easy target for Cody, but like I said in my blog about Cody finishing his story, he's only going to be able to do it by beating Roman Reigns instead.

My prediction is that perhaps this may be the year Cody Rhodes would finish his story and defeat Roman Reigns.
