WOO - Why WWE Should Keep Rhea Ripley on RAW Despite Her Injury
Greetings to everyone and as always welcome back to Wrestling Organization Online WOO.
I got very disappointed when I heard that Rhea Ripley has been injured. It’s just that she is one of my best wrestler and I like watching her on RAW.
But then it came to mind that WWE might not book her for the show during her period of injury.
You know, back in the days while we watched wrestling at the time of Attitude Era, they always found ways to keep big name on TV screens even if they couldn’t wrestle anymore.
Particularly, Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Rock were constantly appearing on the show even when they had injuries. So why can’t WWE do this for Rhea Ripley?
True enough she may be unable to wrestle but that doesn’t mean she cannot feature on RAW. She could be given some interview roles or even have some appearances backstage just to keep her character in storylines.
In my opinion, WWE needs to allow her remain on the show despite the fact that she cannot participate in any competition.
When they decided to have a Battle Royal to determine the new Women's World Champion, I felt so cheated.
Don’t misunderstand me, I adore Becky Lynch but without Rhea that just seemed wrong. Now that Becky possesses it, I am anxious that when she returns Rhea will not even have an opportunity.
But what would be extremely spectacular if at WrestleMania they allow Rhea and Becky another round? That could be an awesome match and I think many fans would enjoy it.
Moreover, Vince Russo has said somewhere that Tony Khan doesn’t care about AEW ratings. I don't know if it is true or not but if it is, then i think this is a big mistake.
Meaning that wrestling company needs high ratings ,right?
If AEW wants to compete with WWE then they must look out for things like ratings and actually put up good shows that people can watch.
At any rate, I really have faith that WWE is going to find a way to retain Rhea Ripley in RAW even while she is hurt.
My point is that she’s an amazing wrestler and adds so much value to the show.And without taking into account this one thing, AEW should make sure it pays attention to its ratings or else it will be left behind.
That’s all I have got for now, just my opinion though. I’m hopeful Rhea will do fine and I am looking forward to seeing her back on RAW doing some amazing things
